I purchased a reloadit card from Love's and put the money I needed for my Uber rides for work this week. I signed up to get a safe In order to load money on my NetSpend card and it told me to wait for an activation email. Well I waited and waited but never received one. I called customer service and of course they gave me the runaround. Said pretty much the same thing these reviews have said. I am ****** because I am having to walk to work this week because the money was all I had left. Something needs to be done about this company because if I have a receipt from a store and cannot just go there and get my money back then it's inconveniencing me. I should have followed my first mind and not bought the card because when it says you can't get your money back that's usually a bad sign. There must be something criminal in the mind of the person who even thought of this scheme. I'm taking this as far up the chain as I can because playing with my money IS playing with my emotions. ***** should have to deal with this type of c*** when spending their hard earned money.

If this is for Giftcards.com then I am very happy with my purchase which was a birthday gift for my granddaughter.Thank you, she was very excited to get it and I liked that she had choices where to use it. I was glad to get confirmation emails from them as to the status of my order as I purchased it a few weeks prior to her birthday. This company is infuriating. I have been requesting a refund on a $100 gift card since June. Someone registered and used it immediately. I reported it stolen and have sent in my bank statement, a copy of the front and back of the card, the original receipt, the authorization receipt, and my phone statement. This company has been playing games with me for three months. Every time I sent them the requested information they ask for something else! I am beyond frustrated.
