      Great System Mechanic Ultimate Defense program for computer protection from the web and super password ****** feature. It is so reassuring to have the 24/7 Tech Support to solve any problems or issues one might experience. Their people are polite and friendly. Best of all, very knowledgeable and quick to troubleshoot any problem. They are also are very patient in showing you what they did to correct any problems so that you can understand what to do if you experience the problem again. I couldn't be more satisfied with their software and support.

      The 2 people I worked with were knowledgeable, easy to understand, and did everything to make sure my computer was protected, faster, and working smoothly. The products were not as cheap as I would have liked, but weighing the alternative, I felt It was a good bang for the bucks. They did everything for me with the remote assist...very helpful for us who weren't raised with computers and smart phones...I like to think of myself as smart phone stupid. Herbert and Ralph were the best...thanks again guys!
