    Tech Support **** *******, was very knowledgeable and quickly updated my drivers and ensured I was on the current release of browser software. Also checked to ensure there were no viruses , key stroke recorders etc. Very please with what he did.

    Professional and knowledgeable. It took some time to find out why my computer was running slow, but it was fixed! Very happy with the service and the best part is I didn't have to bring it to a local fix it shop. Everything was done online.
