***** ****** was extremely helpful and patient since I am elderly and struggling with technology. He explained what he was doing as he went along. He was friendly and I felt like I could ask him any questions without being embarrassed since I am so technology challenged. It was a good experience.

US TECH SUPPORT CHECKED MY CELL ************ & all are ok - wonderful news! Remember to think of phone as all inclusive - ****************** not separate as computer with ************ phone. It is all one entity. SO IF YOU ARE HACKED, clean both **************** at the same time. I was so lucky in that we cleaned my computer @ the beginning of the ********** cell phone at the end of the month - ALL WAS FINE.USTech Support

I am amazed at what a knowledgeable patient and through technician I was blessed to help me with my printer/computer issue.
