  For today's session, the higher level technician called back and was able to help me transfer my emails to a new ********* account using Outlook. The tech was very professional. I also like to 'hands on' approach that is used in order to help us on the computer screen. I trust this company to access my computer. I would only give 3 or 4 stars to the first level or tier-1 of customer ********************** though, because they often don't truly understand my issues. They just try to sell me something more or open a ticket for higher tier support.
