      The first date of service was July 29 and the repair/part replacement was completed on August l7. The whole process was confusing and frustrating dealing with the "office"...The first technician inspected the refrigerator, gave estimate for part and installation said he had ordered, took deposit and allowed 2 to 4 days for delivery....After several days I had not heard from him....long story involving trouble getting part and then he was not going to be available for 2 wks so another tech was sent out on August 13 (Araz B.) who inspected again and ordered two new parts which he delivered and installed today (August l7.) He was very competent and got the job done quickly with good humor and very polite. Up until then, the process with Puls was completely confusing and frustrating with getting conflicting messages and feedback. I cannot recommend Puls for those reasons.
