      I was scheduled for appointment 8/26, 1:00-3:00. At 11:00 I received a text confirming the tech was scheduled for 1:00-3:00 and trying to sell the protection plan for 15% off. At 2:37 a text arrived indicting the tech was on his way and again trying to sell the protection plan. At approximately 2:45 I missed a call from ****** ******. He did not leave a message. When I discovered his call, about 20 minutes later I tried twice to contact him with no answer both times. I then call **** to see if the tech was on his way. I couldnt get a positive answer. After some discussion we eventually cancelled yesterdays appointment as I had to leave shortly for another appointment. We rescheduled for 8/27, same time. Approximately 5 minutes later someone else called me from **** to talk about the 8/26 appointment. I explained to them I had JUST rescheduled. That person seemed confused and transferred me to someone else. It took a few minutes for this person to see I had an appointment scheduled for 8/27. On 8/27 at 11:00 I received the same text as yesterday talking about my 1-3 appoint and again trying to sell the protection plan. At 3:11 the tech calls to say he is on his way and would be here in 35 minutes. He arrived at 4:01. He wasnt rude, but he did not introduce himself or apologize for being an hour late for the appointment. In conclusion, twice I scheduled to be home/available for these appointments. The name of the tech I was given was ********. The phone calls came from ****** ****** so I dont know who the tech was since he odidnt introduce himself. I also find the mention of your protection product annoying with each text. This has not been the best service I have experienced and do not plan to call again. My time is as important as anyone else and I feel that I have wasted two afternoons. Hope you do better in the future.

      **** us informed of his arrival time. Came in and was extremely professional. Diagnostic the problem and fixed the washer. Left the area as clean if not cleaner than when he found it!
