I had a fantastic experience with *****, the appliance technician who came to fix my stove. From the moment he arrived, ***** was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He promptly ordered the necessary part and assured me that the repair would be completed by Friday.****** communication throughout the process has been excellent, and I appreciate how efficiently hes handled the situation. Our refrigerator had the defrosting thermometer fail which caused temperatures to go out of control! ****** was there that morning to assess the situation, order the parts, and completed the repairs swiftly. ****** was very professional, organized and answered all of my questions competently.
