A technician came to check a nearly new fridge and give a wrong diagnostic. He was pushing to add gas when was not needed. Seems they don't want to fix your problem, just to bill more if they can. Because what he said did not make any sense to me, I called a second *********** I still have to pay for "the visit". The company does not offer a phone number to be contacted. They want to avoid the burden of unsatisfied customers.Puls Technologies, Inc.

Very prompt and capable work done to get our frig working again. Very, very happy with how this worked out. However, since the work was completed, my icemaker isn't working and I'm wondering if the supply line is somehow bent or twisted. We have never had a problem with this before. We need to have the tech correct this problem. Also, when he is here, we need to learn how to remove the cover on the ceiling of the frig to replace a light bulb. I can't seem to discover how to do this. Please send our guy back for some fine-tuning on our frig. Overall, wonderful service!!!Puls Technologies, Inc.
