      Had a little mixup in appt scheduled but overall service was good. Technician fulfilled the service requested in 2 visits. Standard universal parts should be available & supplied thus tech would have been able to complete the service in 1 visit.

      Service was good and on time. Confusing part was the monthly service protection plan which we didn't want. Did not clearly quote the cost without the service policy. There is additional cost if you don't take it 15%.

      Thank you for your 4-star review. We have review your appointments and here's our explanation to it. This is how our process works, the technician will travel to your location to fully diagnose the appliance. He will then discuss the problem or repair needed with you including the quote for the repair, then the technician will be collecting the $89 service call fee. 

      If the technician can do the repair without the parts needed then he can proceed with the repair the same day and will only collect the repair cost, however, if the repair would require parts, then the technician would need to set up a follow-up repair appointment but will already collect the service call fee and possible 15% deposit. If you agree to proceed with the follow-up repair, then the Service Call Fee and Deposit will be deducted from the repair cost.

      ****** is a very professional technician .. He called me 2 hours before for heads up about his first appointment. He let me know he will be at my home a bit last the schedule Time just because he was going far from my location . We agreed it was ok. He came at the time we agreed. He has a lot of knowledge on what he is doing ,explains everything detail . He took the time to analyze everything. Job was done great and I hardly write any reviews and did it without he even asking me because he deserved it !! Very pleasant man and nice . ??

      The **** technician was running late from another job in *********, but called to let me know he would be a little late -- which I GREATLY appreciated!!!! He was very polite, professional and courteous!!! He quickly diagnosed the problem with my washing machine -- and told me what would be needed to affect the repair -- made sure the necessary part was still available to be ordered, placed the order and set up the appointment to come and make the repair. All of this in one visit -- and done so efficiently!!!!!! I am VERY PLEASED!!!!!!! And relieved!!!!!
