      Almost two months, hundreds of dollars, multiple days of work missed and I still do not have a functioning washer (unless I pay more money). First appointment the technician tells me that the problem is the pump. He says technically he has to wait to fix it until it is approved but he doesnt want to come back for a second appointment so he fixed it already since he was sure the claim would be approved. He was correct and the claim was approved so in theory, my problem was solved. It wasnt. So I called under the guarantee. The same tech came out and told me it was a plumbing issue. I paid a plumber out of pocket $150 just for them to tell me that the issue was not the plumbing it was definitely the washer. Called again and was told that someone would look at the washer again. New tech comes finds a NEW problem and now Im being told I have to pay again. But what guarantee do I have that this will even fix my washer?!? I spoke to multiple people (during which time I was hung up on multiple times btw) and was told nothing could be done unless I pay more. So my monthly fees that I paid so I would be covered in an emergency have also been wasted. Will be cancelling my membership asap since I will have to put the funds towards a new washer.

However, our new technician has confirmed that the control board must be replaced since the washer is neither draining nor spinning.

      First, let me say this service was amazing!!! I had an ** drain pump that went bad after 4 yrs. I went to the **** website and put in what I was looking to have repaired. The website gave me an immediate next day window of times and I chose the very first 8 AM timeslot. Immediately technician was assigned and reached out to me. I was a little skeptical and asked if the technician could call me directly because I wasnt sure if they were going to be able to repair, my washing machine the very next morning. So the technician, ******* called me and I told him what I thought the problem was and he responded with he could repair it. He carries the parts and it would be done within an hour timeframe. He not only was on time. He was three minutes early and told me the job would only take 45 minutes and finished in 42 minutes. He was very knowledgeable of the laundry machine and was very organized and cleaned up the area when finished I would recommend the service as an alternative to the manufacturer, which gave me a window timeframe a week out. That means no laundry machine for a family of five, that would not have worked for us. Obviously, he repaired the laundry machine. I was able to pay online and canceled the manufacturers service appointment. Which also by the way they wanted to collect cash upfront and charge my credit card. I would recommend this service certainly to consider if you are in a bind as well. As stated, the technician was organized, dressed appropriate, knowledgeable, and timely.
