The technician ***** was very professional and took the time to diagnose the problem. He had the pump we needed in his service vehicle and was able to fix our washer for a reasonable price. He took extra time to make sure his area was cleaner than when he started and went through the test systems to confirm everything was working properly prior to him leaving. I was able to get a next day appointment through ****. I has very appreciative to be able to be down for less then 24 hrs. Thank you ***Puls Technologies, Inc.

Fast response time in scheduling a technician to come. Great use of digital technology to keep you informed on exactly when technician will arrive. They are fair in pricing and courteous. Will definitely use puls.com for all my appliance repair needs where the warranty has expired. They even offer you option to create a new warranty after their services have been completed. I didn’t choose that option, because the washer is too old, but it would be a good affordable option in other situations.Puls Technologies, Inc.
