      Scam. They sent a technician to my house ho charged me for service and parts then never followed up. After contacting **** they refused to help stating they had no record of the service even though I had multiple emails from them coordinating the technician and time of arrival.

      I reached out to **** to have them repair my garbage disposal. **** canceled my apt three times before they were able to get a technician out. Total wait time was five days due to cancelations. The technician that diagnosed the problem quote me $317.38 for the replacement of a garbage disposal with membership. I don't understand what is the point of paying a monthly membership if customer is still responsible for the labor and parts. Based on the priced I was quoted, decided to go else where. What a ripoff.

      This is essentially a bait and switch grifting company. It is easy to get an initial appointment and service. However, after they hook you into getting a membership, it is nearly impossible to schedule follow up services as well as honoring warranties as well as attempting to get out of your cancellation they also do not inform you that there will be a cancellation fee. So essentially, one Hass to pay to get out of bad service. This is an awful company!!!!!SCAM Artist/GriftingCompnay/Con Company

      DO NOT HAVE THEM COME OUT. THE WHOLE THING IS A SCAM. If I could give 0 stars I would!
      I had them come out to repair my refrigerator. The guy said it was not fixable and to throw it away. I sent them the required email to cancel the membership. The following month I noticed a charge from them. I called and the lady said it was a membership fee. I told them I canceled it before the 14-day free trial ended. She said, "I see what you want me to do?" I said give me money back and cancel the service. She said it was canceled. This month I get charged again. I called and talked to a guy. He said I never canceled because the email link didn't work that she sent. I requested the link he sent, and they wanted to charge me another $49.90 to cancel the membership. I called my bank, they agree it is a scam. They tried to stop future payments, but the company charges differently every time.

      Technician was good service outrageously over priced $200 for twenty minutes. I could see $100 prices were not clear. Rip-off then the nerve to request a tip

The Technician only charges for the labor for Door Handle Replacement - $170.00 as reflected on the invoice.
