We woke up to a leaky toilet and made an appointment, by late afternoon, ****** came to the rescue! He was very kind and very professional, so much that I asked if I could request him the next time as well! This is our second time using **** and I will not hesitate to use them again. Hi ******! We delight in providing convenient and reliable service to our valued customers. It brings joy to our hearts to hear that you are pleased. Regarding your concern with the pricing, we do not use parts from ************* or any other online shops as they do not have warranties on the parts, and we cannot be sure if it would work. We are getting it directly from the manufacturer or from a certified OEM parts seller such as GE, Whirlpool, and ***** as to why the price is much more expensive.
