      I had these people out to repair a loud shrieking noise in my dryer. They had a very quick turn around time and said they would warranty their work for 90 days. The tech came out, and said the dryer needed a maintenance kit, which included a belt, and some pulley's. The trip charge was $100 and the parts were $300. He ran it for a few seconds when he was done and said it was good to go. The next day the noise was immediately obvious again. I called them back and they said they would warranty the work. It took 4 days to get the tech back out. When he came out he said it would be another $200 dollars. I immediately called **** and asked why I was being charged for labor and trip charges the ('new' parts for this trip were $120) with another $80 for labor/trip. They said they would warranty the work. The tech check before he left and said no charge. GREAT. About an hour after he left I started getting pages with a bill for $200. I then received 2 sets of 3 texts indicating the tech was now on his way out, another stating he had arrived, and a final one saying the repair was complete, all within a few seconds of each other. I received a second set of these 20 minutes later. I called them back again. They said the warranty work had been approved and they would review and call me back within 24 hours. I then received a call from the tech asking me to pay the bill. Fast forward a day, and I receive another call saying I owe $200. Beyond infuriating. The noise issue wasn't resolved with the first trip (for $400) and now they wanted another $200 to fix his mistake. I called again and they said they would again review with their warranty ***** and that they should not be charging me labor/trip charges. This is the 3rd time in 2 days I've done this. I'm beyond infuriated at this point. I could have bought a new dryer for this cost. A complete RIPOFF of a company who does NOT honor their warranty. The noise in UNMISTAKABLY the same noise as the call a few days prior.

We never wish to disappoint or inconvenience you in any way.The rollers that were replaced are additional parts to repair the appliance and as per discussion and review, we have only collected the cost of the part as agreed on with the technician and no further charge after the most recent visit.

      Great repairman. Very knowledgeable. Enjoyed talking to him. Offered new part / versus used part. However, customer service I was unable to understand their English.

      I request a technician come over to fix my microwave. I told him, I changed the fuse and a microswitch. I showed him the microswitch that I took out. He took my microwave apart and started to troubleshooting. He first change the blown fuse but later said he thought it was the diode. He stated he was unsure how to check the diode. I went to YouTube and showed him, how to check it. When he changed the diode and fuse, he connected it and the fuse immediately blew. He then said it was the circuit board that the fuse was connected to. He said my microswitch was good after checking it. I informed him that the YouTube video stated that if the fuse wasn't the problem, it would be the microswitches. He then tried to change the microswitch I replaced but he changed the wrong one. I told him and he stated, I was trying to tell him how to do his job. He then proceed to to change it and was confused how to reattach it. He got frustrated and put the microwave back together and probably damage it more. I called the company several times to try and get someone to follow up on their technician and they said, he said I cancelled the job. This company actually don't care if you log a complaint against them. They contract incompetent technicians and fail to take responsibility for their ineptitude. Failure on customer service part in not resolving the problem, and failure on the part of the company for not vetting their technicians. I am disappointed and probably will have to pay more to fix any additional problems with my microwave.

      Would not recommend Puls if you need an appliance repair. The tech they sent out to repair the lighting issue with my Samsung Refrigerator had no knowledge regarding the electrical workings of the refrig. H diagnosed the problem being with a circuit board requiring replacement. He charge me for the service call and a percentage of the price of the b board he had to order. He then cancelled several appointments to complete the repairs. I then decided to contact a reputable Appliance repair firm. Their tech diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes. Apparently when my refrig was moved into the garage by Lowes, they had to take off the doors and replace them once in the garage. The Lowes delivery man forgot to reconnect one of the electrical connectors on the top of the door which controlled the interior lights. All told it cost me $300.00 to have the connection plugged back in. Puls refused to reimburse me for the service call and circuit board I paid for up front.
