I had my timeshare over 20 years. My grandchildren looked forward to going there on summer vacation as they grew up. I expected the resort to let me out of my contract after being a loyal member for so many years. I was even on a first name basis with the people in the offices. None of this mattered. I was shocked to hear I was denied my reques.t. Telling my story to others I was relieved to find someone who had successfully worked with X Timeshares to exit their property. I have no regrets about hiring this company. The process took a year, but I was kept informed of what was going on via e-mail and phone. Everyone a X Timeshares was pleasant and answered all of my questions in a timely manner which kept my mind at ease. And their fee was broken up into manageable monthly payments. I recommend X Timeshares to everyone who wants to exit their timeshare. Thank you, X Timeshares,X-Timeshares and Transfer

It's horrible to hear that a company you have had a 20-year relationship with was so hard to deal with. Yes, the process takes some time, but we are happy to hear it was painless. Once the timeshare companies have a contract with you, it makes no difference if you have owned it for three weeks or three years; the process is the same.Review fromSharon N.
