  I was referred to X-Timeshares and Transfer by friend that used them when she needed to get out of a contract she had. My daughter and I are so glad she did! Whenever we had a question, we called and they took the time to explain what was happening. Although it affected our credit score, when we wanted to purchase property, X-Timeshare provided us with a letter of explanation. They worked with us and kept us informed. When we wanted to know what was taking so long we learned that it was the company with which we had the contract that was dragging its feet. X-Timeshares even sent us a sample copy of how the correspondence from the company should read once they agreed to cancel the contract. Two years later we have received that letter, I faxed a copy to my contact at X-Timeshares to make sure it was the letter I was expecting. It was confirmed. OH HAPPY DAY ! Thank you to the staff at X-Timeshares and Transfer for your help. I have and would recommend this company to anyone needing this type of service. BE PATIENT! The biggest hurdle is over and once they update our credit report we will finally take a big exhale.

  They got me out of a scam of a contract. They helped me get out of the contract, they said it would take about 3 years and they got it done in a year and a half. I would recommend them to anyone I know that is trying to get out of their timeshare.

  We are VERY PLEASED with the results. A lengthy process but X-Timeshares kept us in the loop the whole way. We HIGHLY recommend X-TIMESHARES to anyone and everybody, they rid us of a timeshare sold to us by DECIETFUL, UNSCRUPULOUS, LYING THIEVES.   ********** did a great job. They had a process that was well established. They set realistic expectations and delivered everything they promised in the time frame they said they would. The staff were easy to work with and kept us informed on the progress throughout.

  They tell you not to deal with businesses that you have to pay up front to get rid of a timeshare. I have dealt with them before that turned out to be a scam and did nothing. This is the first I've seen that guarantees your money back if they do not get you released from your timeshare obligation. They said it could take a year, sometimes a little longer. Now, 6 months later, I am completely free of my timeshare. I had called the timeshare before dealing with Xtimeshares and asked if there were a way to give them back the property and be free of it. They told me absolutely not. These people are the real deal!
