I have lived at *********** in Alexandria, ** for 4 months and have experienced 2 major maintenance issues within that time. After six weeks of living here, the kitchen sewage backed up and there was sewage that ran through the kitchen and dining room. They attempted to fix it but the problem persisted for weeks. Now the entire property has been without hot water for 48 hours and the tenants are being told multiple lies. The maintenance man who lives on site stated that he wasnt aware of the issue until 12 hours after it was first reported, only after he realized that he didnt have hot water. Since it was the Thanksgiving Holiday the office was closed for 2 days, now that there is a leasing agent in the office she has no clue about whats going on. Weve been told that is a ************** issue, but when we call them that are not aware of an outage. The office staff is very nice, but it doesnt matter how nice they are when maintenance issues are never rectified and the leasing staff is forced to lie to tenants. Although, I was told that this is the better of *********************, Id hate to see what the others are like if this is the better property in Alexandria, VA.Trinity Property Consultants

I wish I could give zero stars. I have. Been dealing with a leak in my ceiling for months. They claim they fixed it. It has never been repaired. The ceiling is going to collapse. It has now spread to the bedroom closet. They do not fix anything. I really wish I could get out of my lease. If you are considering moving into The Hub Apartments in ***********,** please don't! The stain on the ceiling has spread dramatically! I am soo disgusted with the ****************** and Maintenance. It's really sad. I work hard for my money. I have made more than 5 maintenance request for this not to be fixed properly.Trinity Property Consultants

Previously Arrive *****, **************** at ***** is now owned by ******* and *********, and it has been an absolute nightmare. DO NOT MOVE HERE. They enter apartments without notice, do not identify themselves upon entry, do not follow ***** Property Code requiring a keyless deadbolt for tenants to utilize when home for safety and privacy, force tenants to pay by check or money order with less than 24hrs notice due to their systems being down, don't answer their office phones, and refuse to fix any on site repair issues. The management here is absolutely terrible and unprofessional yet have the audacity to call this complex "luxury". There are constant issues with security features such as entry fobs and garage arms, and they take months to even address. I am disgusted with their total disregard for tenants, and they could not care any less than they do. DO NOT LIVE HERE.Trinity Property Consultants

My daughter is interested in moving into the Social Grand Forest student apartment in ********* next year, but getting questions answered from the on-site staff is next to impossible. All calls go to an off-site call center who only take messages. We finally got a lease, but I have questions and can NOT get a call back. Horrible! My daughter lived at the Social Campus **********. The management there was rude, misleading and fraudulent. My daughter moved out in May, and weve been waiting over 5 months for a deposit refund. Contacting them is a nightmare. No one returns calls or emails from the home office. Trying to get in touch with them take a research analyst to find phone numbers. I want my money back!Trinity Property Consultants

This is by far one of the worse experiences Ive ever had with a company . The property At arrive ******* north have the most terrible customer service . I applied here hoping to move in on Oct. 1st very time I will call them they said they will give me a call back and I wouldnt hear back from anyone I would have to go in to the leasing office in person to get simple responses . Then when I got approved I got an email saying that I was approved with an additional deposit of 20% then I get a call back from property manager ********************************* at almost 9 pm the night before our move in date and she tell me my deposit was now 100% additional not explaining to me the reason for change then she went and cancelled my application which I paid $300 for without any authorization or say nor did she ask me if thats what I wanted to do she took it into her own thought to cancel my application though I paid for admin fee to hold the apartment until oct 1st so far nothing has been done we are still waiting for my application to be reversed I have reach out to the manager, emailed them and left voicemail on the corporates number and nothing yet have been done .Trinity Property Consultants

Over half of the tenants have lived in our building for a decade or more. It was safe, affordable, and clean. Recently Trinity purchased our building with ***** managing, and the quality of life went down IMMEDIATELY. Not only do they make significant errors/fraudulent charges on every ones accounts every month, the management team is virtually unreachable, even on the Emergency line. Because the "management" team is off-site, vagrants and a gang have taken over and have completely trashed our building. Furthermore, standard maintenance has been abandoned. The fire panel and boiler room are regularly tampered with by vagrants. There are needles/drug trash; human waste; garbage; graffiti; and deliberate damange all throughout our building. The management team is blaming the tenants. LET ME BE CLEAR- we did not have these kind of problems prior to Trinity/ReNew's taking over the building. . We've had homicides, attempted homicides, home invasions and robberies in our building since Trinity/ReNew took over. NONE of these problems existed before. When problem makers attempted to cause problems, they were dealt with immediately and the police were called. Things weren't perfect, but we certainly were safe, clean and maintained. We had a maintenance person on site. Now we have black water leaking into the main hallway in multiple locations and mold, mildew and MUSHROOMS growing. Bugs are taking over- it doesn't matter how clean you are. It is DISGUSTING!!!!!! The doors to our building have been hijacked. Laundry room to our building is a joke. Windows have been broken for weeks. There is a list of unmitigated problems in our building, I can't fit them all here. They say call or email for help, but they are UNREACHABLE; It's all lipservice. Even when tenants drive to their main office they are often unreachable. TRINITY PROPERTY behaves in a predatory manner and boxes you in with no escape and slams you with late fees. This company is a scam. They have my deposit and now they are not returning phone calls. Their office location is locked up and no one working. I have called all different times of the day for 22 days straight and third party call center says they are "out of the office." I got scammed!Trinity Property Consultants

They are not only way over price for what you get but moved in to dirty carpets bugs in the light fixtures kitchen counter ot finished or smooth on half of it, charging extra for a parking spot that my neighbor is in and paying for as well, maintenance guy damage my expensive appliance and they don't want to take responsibility for it adding extra charges on my bill for no reason. People that work in the leasing office are no help what so ever, they never respond back to my emails or call back when they say they will. A huge joke not professional at all and I'm being taken advantage of
