    I received a letter that says that I am pre approved for a consolidation loan up to ***** with 5.99 APR, so I went the website and read the reviews, I am really scared to contact them because no where in the letter does it say that they are a credit repair company. This company needs to be investigated big time. I am tired of these companies that lie and don't help. I tried to refinance my home and they told me that I was approved, I waited and called the company back and they did not answer or return my phone calls and they told me not to pay my house note. They put me in further debt and my credit is ruined because of this.

    Contacted them after receiving an advertisement claiming to give personal loans. I soon found out that it wasnt a loan at all but a credit settlement service. They wanted me to default on my creditors and then they would supposedly negotiate a settlement with them. this aunt what I was looking for and broke off contact with them loan rep ********************** Anyway, after denying the loan and breaking off contact, I got a series of rude/ harassing texts. I tried to complain to liberty first lending, but theres absolutely no place on their eb page to contact them properly. The email address they have seem to be invalid. I attempted to send several emails and all went undelivered.

    I can't contact you back at any number because the numbers on this review have been redacted. I'd love to call you and give you the name of the of the Representative who did this, but I can't. I've filed a BBB complaint against your company more than 2 months ago, and nobody has called me back. since dealing with your company, I get no less than 10 unsolicited spam calls a day now. I believe your representative retaliated in some way by putting my phone number out to spammers. the same thing happened to my wife's number.
