      Terrible company! The salesman promised wed have a perfect transfer of data. This is the ONLY reason I felt comfortable making this change from jobber. I made it very clear that if our data couldnt be transferred properly then the services would not be useful. I made this very clear. Very very clear. Multiple times I got confirmation from the salesman and made sure all parties I spoke with understood ON RECORDED LINES!Naturally the data transfer was a disappointment and a disaster! Maybe half of our customer data actually transferred. The customer service is ridiculous! We could never get anybody on the phone to help us navigate through the platform WHICH WAS PROMISED. This was actually required. Extensive training they preached but this was totally contradictory. We had to wait weeks, sometimes, to have a zoom meeting. During these meetings, the persons on the meeting would have to get back with us on unanswered questions due to lack of knowledge. That never happened. My experience with service Titan was a disaster. We cannot operate without our data not to mention we couldnt get any questions answered for weeks so we decided to cancel services. Three months later I now have lawyers involved AND S.T. IS STILL CHARGING ME $2,000 A MONTH because regardless if service Titan lied to us in order to sell us their services business and regardless of my purchasing decision Soley based on the data transfer promised by the sales guy. Service Titan requires you honor the contract regardless of what was said to persuade you during the record phone calls. None of that matters! All that matters is your signature on the contract! And if service titan does not fulfill their promises, it does not matter because of your signature on a contract. Oh, and one more thing, the recorded lines during these promises are not recorded. Obviously, or were deleted in my case.

      Service Titan is probaly one for the worst customer CRM/ Dispatching tools I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Payroll used to take me 15 minutes - now it take an hours. Sales Tax 2 mintues now 3 hours. The software is glitchy expensive and support does not exist. Thank you Service Titan for s******* over another small bussiness.

      Service Titan charges a lot of money for a service that doesn't work well. It constantly has issues. Like not saving information to customer profiles. The app is constantly unresponsive. It seems to take turns weekly with different employees having trouble with using it altogether. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Your better off just using Qb to keep track of all your invoicing. It's easier and much more fluent than this service. Also its frustrating when you have a customer on the phone while your researching an issue for them and when you go back a screen it doesn't leave you where you left off. You have to start at the top of the page and search all over again to find where you were in your search. I mean seriously? It's common sense that you would have a software program designed to help you and ease your work. When you shop online at a retail store you'r able to get back to your search results after looking at one item versus having to research all over again from the top. What kind of crack is that? Not only is this a waste of time and very frustrating and its time consuming to have to do this every time with anything I'm looking for. For the amount of money they charge and the software doesn't even work more than half the time. It's not worth it at all. I'll bet other competitors are better than ST.

      They are the worst company. They send a few guys in to smoosh you and click here and there nad say how easy it will be. Trick us into signing a two year contract before we can see the software for ourselves. We are a small family owned company. This is to much for our company. They were very misleading with their information. We do not want this software. They will not let us out of the contract even though we've never used there product and we never will. They are a scam, hurting small family businesses for thier own profit. Stay away from this company.

      We are a plumbing company that services commercial and residential. Prior to signing a contract with Service Titan, we were given the impression that the transition to a new software would be smooth with the help of a training team and save us operation time on input. However, we were VERY misled. The training consisted of Zoom meetings and watching videos with no one showing our team how to utilize the system in real time. When we were faced with an issue, the customer service response time was very slow and unhelpful. We have never been able to successfully complete an invoice due to system errors, overelaborate set up process and lack of proper training. After a period of two months of attempting to work with Service Titan and substantial losses to our company from the lack of coordination and training for the transition, we decided to cancel our transition to Service Titan. The company was unresponsive and still demanded payment even without their software being operational. They demanded payment of the full two-year term without any attempt to resolve the issues. We strongly do not recommend this software for plumbing companies.
