      0 Stars!! After verbally and in email I was *** with their program as they could never figure out how to transfer all or data, multiple emails failed auto batching failed invoicing, could not configure our payroll what they promised they could do, have the audacity to say we owe $23,842 to terminated they are incompetent too follow through on anything. I cancelled in November 2024 and they still can't do their job and terminate the program we have not and will never use agian. Stay away at all cost from the rip off and failure of a program! You can get reliable help from a much cost affective program other than NOT Service Titan.

      Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever had in my entire life from a support company. From their staff from their data entry, from them failing to follow through on their contract, for them fraudulently running my credit card for unauthorized transactions, failing to cancel my contract after never correcting ANY issue asked to address for them, failing to follow up on emails, failing to follow up on their promises and correcting any errors! Worse company in my life I have ever had to deal with!

      Biggest scam in ******* do not do business with this company. They will steal your money and give you s*** instead. ****** is the biggest scammer not sure how this company still exist.

      Sold a bag of lies here. System is over complicated and cannot do basic tasks. Service **** do not know anything and constantly give us the wrong information.

      BEWARE ****** ******, ******* Naez **** **** Kekhyan, *** *********, ********* *******, are the Dishonest and UNDER SKILLED Service Titan Team that CTC/I had preying on us. This Service Titan Team initially attempted to get CTC setup/onboarded & all they accomplished was wasting CTC's time, money, and energy. Example, **** Kekhyan set up a teams meeting in the country of ******* for *** to attend. **** Kekhyan was so unaware of her blunders she asked why *** didn't attend the meeting. Seriously this Service titan was so inept, clueless, that by the end it was hilarious. They couldn't even get a bank account Setup/Linked. The Service Titan Platform/Model is set up like the Junk Bond ERA, ENRON, ******* bubble, ****** ****** scandal, and the like. Service Titan sends their Teams out to get unsuspecting companies signed up **** so they can immediately begin debiting their bank accounts. That way the ********************** Teams get paid immediately whether they ever do anything for your company or not. Service Titan's Mode of Operation (MO) is to intentionally place a LOW SKILLED HIGH COMMISSION team CONSISTING of SEVERAL MEMBERS that are designed to prey on honest companies to sign up with Service Titan ASAP. Then the Service Titan Teams make false claims and promises including that they are the best in the industry. These high commission low skilled teams then start these company on the SERVICE TITAN merry go round of nobody knows why this or that doesn't work. They get a company emailing different team members back and forth and you become their yoyo in the Service titan Chaos as ALL THE WHILE YOUR GETTING BILLED. The Service Titan Team that was sent to prey on CTC fortunately NEVER got CTC onboarded or our account setup. *** had the 5 people listed above who were so inept that they never did anything for *** or provided any services. Yet, Service Titan still sends daily invoices for services NEVER performed as of Today date 1-11-2025 the amount has increased to $3,100.00

      Read any of the other reviews - it is all true They promise the world - and provide outstanding sales and service until you sign-up and "go live" Then it is all gone. No more one to one, there is no attempt at all by Service Titan to help resolve any issues. They send links to topics that do not address the issues but contain a key word or phrase. They do not return calls. Make no mistake - Service Titan only cares about signing people up and locking them in a contract. The extra customization that they charge for on set-up never existed. They will lie directly to you in order for you to sign up. We were told that we only needed to give them a one-year commitment and then we would go month to month. We found a one-year to be reasonable as it would take that long to know definitively if Service Titan was right for us. After 18 months of poor service and poor performance of the software, I can categorically state that no - Service Titan is not right for us. They will not work with us to get out of their awful contract that we never agreed to or signed anything beyond that first year.Also, we changed payment method for our recurring bills. We transferred over to paying via credit card instead of check or ACH. Service told us that paying with a credit card was not possible, finally the sales representative got back with us and set-up credit card payments. Actual e-mail exhange which proves that they lie to cutomers:(first e-mail reply)From: Billing Support Currently, the only option is ACH, as stated in our agreement. Kind regards,Billing Team (second e-mail reply from the CSM)I hope you're doing well! I wanted to let you know that there is an additional 3% fee if you want to pay with credit card.       We are a small family owned company, we were looking for a CRM to expand and maintain our customer base. We were sold the stars and the moon by this company only to be completely disappointed. They lived up to 0 expectations, they never upheld what they said they would, and they definitely did not step up as they said they would if customer service was needed. Good luck getting responses or any kind of support when your money depends on it. We are now in the process of trying to leave, they declined our request, we requested to downgrade our account and be charged less, they then declined and WITHDREW MONEY out of our account without even reaching out. How are they still in business? Look at all the reviews and steer very clear of them. Shame on them.

      PISSED!!! I do so much for this company and they cant even help me import data. Don't acquire any businesses cause service titan cant handle acquisitions !! taken them 4 months and still dont have any data imput and i cant do it only they can!!

      If I could give less than a 1 star, I would. Many promises and no fulfillment. We are a small company that works solely off cell phones. I use my dual line cell phone because Im out of the office and have a father with cancer I take care of. We had a 2 hour demo who knew we were coming from simple HouseCall Pro. The salesman was told Im out of the office a lot. A good time to have 2nd and 3rd level questions to make sure we know how calls are answered. It was not made clear you have to answer the calls through the desktop to get all the reporting and recordings that we liked until the phone porting call after we signed our contract. Our dual cell phone situation was explained to her and I had to get another phone line to get calls for my main line. After giving them the new number, my phone gets ported and I cant get business calls. No one followed up with me to make sure its working properly before they shut my business down. It didnt work as advised. I had to get T-Mobile to port my number back the next day. They suggested I get a 2nd phone to carry around or not use the call reporting/recording. The salesman said hed buy me another phone, give me a few free months, or I can pay a lot to cancel, but hes sorry I cant make it work. It was forwarded to ****** for resolution. Its been 2 months that ****** has been emailing me weekly that they need more time to investigate, discuss with billing, and get back to me. They feel it completely works fine with cell phones, all points were covered, and this is my misunderstanding. They will graciously cut my 2 year contract to 1 year and I can pay $9800 to get out. We have never went live, training started in May, and no where close to using it. They kept pushing to go live, move to next training, and everything would work. This company should be ashamed and this program is not for everyone. This is Service Titans way - Big promises of hands on service. Cell phone users without landline beware!
