      After reading the previous reviews, it is obvious that Service Titan has long track record of truly awful service. Our company is still being invoiced $3600 per month for nothing. The onboarding process was never completed; the data migration that we paid $6000 was never completed; and we were forced to double every entry in order to maintain our business for two months until we finally gave up. We probably dealt with a dozen different employees who could never stay on task long enough to get anything done. They have refused to refund any of the money that was paid and are still trying to charge us until we are "released". We will probably have a legal battle in order to get rid of them. Do not do business with this company! Lots of promises and no results.

      We were promised a slew of things in sales call. Onboarding process was a disaster. We left onboarding unprepared. Got tossed around from CSM to another. Not one single function of the platform works up to standard as sold to us. I have complained from the very beginning. Been talking cancellation since 3 months in and its been 1 yr. List of things that do not work: Call recording as promised, batching/exporting, reporting, pricebook, purchase orders, tech app and more. But basically the entire platform is inoperable for us. Support does not follow through to resolve issues. Staff is rude and they truly do not care. This is literally the worst company I have ever done business with. For an entire year of having this software, NEVER ONCE has it made our business run more efficiently. It has in fact slowed things down significantly and we have lost jobs because certain features do not work (greensky integration). I could keep going on. Please save yourself from dealing with this company. They truly do not care about their customers, at all. It's only about getting you on the hook to keep your money. We pay about 1k a month for a software that LITERALLY doesn't work. Prior to Service Titan our accounting/reporting and books were clean and now.. it's a total nightmare. The staff is not trained to help resolve the issues, their tactic is to toss you around from person to person so you eventually give up and then blame you for not following through. I will continue to warn every single person I can possibly warn about how much of a scam this company is. They have just completely ripped us off, and shown zero mercy. I am actually disgusted and highly disappointed. I truly cannot believe I am in this position!

      Its possibly a scam in my opinion. Very helpful until they took $3805.00. After that im still at a loss for words. They promise the first class and deliever absolutely nothing. BUYER BEWARE

      If I could give less than one star I would, we worked with there team for over a year to work out a problem with there program not adding sales tax like we needed it to. So after 18 months I blocked the draft from my checking account and got turned over to collections. How can I be expected to pay for a service that doesnt that they said would work for my company but doesnt, they have the worst customer service I have ever seen in 30 years of being in Business.       They should be ashamed of themselves.They withdrew money out of our account for two months for a service they didn't activate. I'm still trying to have the issue resolved.In addition, the onboarding is not company specific or personalized. Be prepared to *********** the training database'.Once the sale was made, we never heard from our salesmen again asking how the process was going.Please do your research before purchasing this product. There are better options out there.Companies like this are the ones that deserve to fail.

      ServiceTitan was very accommodating with the onboarding process. It was not 1-on-1 like we had expected, instead, mostly group Zoom meetings, and some were just pre-recorded videos. They say they did this to make them more accommodating to everyone's individual schedule, but it felt more like we were getting served microwave dinners & being told its gourmet. THAT BEING SAID, we came across a non-negotiable factor that makes this software not compatible with the way we do business (it can only communicate one-way to QuickBooks) & had to cancel the contract before the "Go-Live" week ended. They have been avoiding us completely now, and after 2 weeks they finally get back to us saying they want $17k to buy out our contract.I do not agree with them shaking us down to back out of contract after it was falsely advertised: "ServiceTitan's comprehensive platform works seamlessly with QuickBooks and empowers home service businesses to sync daily transactions in real-time, eliminating hours of tedious bookkeeping." This is NOT TRUE for us. Our current software communicates both ways with QB, meaning switching to ST would be a downgrade.I believe the ServiceTitan team is on to something good, but they MUST UNDERSTAND, it is not a one-size-fits-all scenario, and holding customers to a contract for a product that is not built to accommodate their business model and is falsely advertised as to the way it integrates with QB, is unacceptable. I would be willing to settle for a reasonable amount based on the time their team spent but $17k to hop on a few Zoom meetings to "try some shoes on" is unreasonable.

      Service titan has done that same thing to us as many others on here. They went through all the onboarding process calls and were "building" something to cater to our very specific needs. They never did this. The team got us to "go live" by providing logins and never fulfilled accommodating our process. When we complained we were told they would get us set up. We had to hire a developer on our own end and were not able to utilize the software as they promised via all the sales calls. I spoke with a regional manager who said he would square it away and nothing ever happened. They just kept billing us for services and said "legal would ping us" which never happened. We requested a refund for the full amount given we were deceived by their sales team who said they could absolutely cater to our sale process. The regional manager said he would review all the phone calls and get back with us. That also never happened. No we are receiving collections notices after having to block them from billing our credit card. Horrible business practices and there needs to be a class action law suit.

      The only reason Im using this service is because they have a lot to offer their customer service explanations and set up is the worst thing that Ive ever went through every time we talk to somebody they just know just enough to transfer us to another person where we have to wait a week to talk to them Then they take three weeks to explain one simple thing and try to upsell us every step of the way and once we get upset on the third and final meeting, they show us a simple way to set up what we wanted to set Up in the first place, I get it their business and they gotta make money but *********************** weve been with the program a month and a half, and we have nothing set up because every time we need something we have to schedule a meeting which is a week out and then it takes three weeks to Explain it Im furious to say the least I wish there was a way to just put on my account. I do not want to be up 15 times before I set up the program and we could Get to set up

      If I could possibly leave a negative star rating I would. I am not sure why this shows as A+ because it should without a doubt be a F-. We were sold something that could "do wonders for our company". Everything we requested it to do specifically for our business there was no doubt that it could be done! We then start the training. The training is geared towards large service companies and this did not help us bc that is not what we need it for. There were to be "workarounds" made to fit our needs but I still had to go thru the training that literally did not teach me a thing. Once I began trying to build the price book, I got so confused and overwhelmed. So, I start requesting support. I put in call tickets, made phone calls, and emailed numerous contacts. NOT ONE PERSON RESPONDED until I finally when to a chat and said SOMEONE WILL HELP ME TODAY! Granted he did send in my problem to "higher-up" people but they too took days to get back to me. But still not resolution to date for any of those problems. There were many other issues but only after I began requesting a cancellation bc I was unable to use this expensive system, did I begin receiving calls from the "fixers". There was no fixing months of NO USEFUL CONTACT. The moment the contract was signed we were put in the "gotcha pile" and never got the help needed! Even our salesperson began ignoring me after I called him several times VERY angry! He kept saying he was going to get someone on this immediately! Did anyone contact me? Nope! NOT UNTIL I SAID CANCEL! We have since been given a point of contact that states we have to pay a LARGE termination fee and they do not see any breach of contract or wrongdoing on their end. I have the emails, chat logs, zoom meeting links, and phone call recordings.... but they don't have those? This is an ABSOLUTE SCAM!

      Literal worst company and software ever. Everything every other review says is absolutely true! They lie to you about all the things their software can do and then after they take your money and lock you into a contract, you find out their entire software program can do almost nothing and has nothing but glitches. No payroll, no accounting, your helpers can't even clock themselves in and out. Even the reporting doesn't work properly.... which is crazy because technically reporting is the only thing their software can supposedly do. Implementation was a joke. They are so disorganized you would think they are a brand new, low budget company. If we knew we would have to pay for multiple other programs in addition to ServiceTitan just to run our business, then have to manually enter every bit of information into those other programs, we would've just stuck with ESC who provides every service through their 1 program for a tenth of the cost. Their customer support is a literal joke. They never understand your question and never get back to you with an answer. Our data transfer was incorrect, and we've been trying to get ST to fix it for over a month, but they just pass us to a new person every week who makes you re-explain the issue, just to have no answer and pass you to someone else. They promised 3 different payroll features, all of which don't work. They obviously sell your information because spamming has gone up 600% since we started working with them. THE DISPATCH BOARD DOESN'T EVEN REFRESH ITSELF. I could literally pick apart every single thing about this software program, but there aren't enough characters left nor time in the day. None of our employees have a single thing positive to say about this program. Not a single thing works how it should.
