      This company is by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with. It advertises parking rates and does not show how ridiculous extra they charge for SUV’s my suv is small a rav and they charged me triple what was advertised. When I refused to park they refused a refund. Completely unacceptable.

The *** charge is mentioned in your confirmation email (Website information - Please find below the lot extra charges for oversize vehicles and ***s: Small *** $5/Day Large *** $7/Day Truck $10/Day). The pricing was also explained at the checkout page, which included a breakdown of the charge. It is our sincere regret that this was not made clear to you, and we are working to improve communication and clarity of our website.Thank you for bringing this to our attention.       Fantastic new location right across the street from the pier! The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. It's so close that you can even walk to the pier if you prefer not to wait for the super fast shuttle. I always use Way Parking whenever I sail out of the city. Highly recommended!

      What a wonderful experience with Way Parking! My family and I traveled during the busiest time of the year and decided to give Way a try for several reasons. They offered assistance with our luggage, car seats, and parking our vehicle, which was especially helpful with small children in tow.
