      Scheduled parking and a shuttle at the airport. Had the option of parking only, or parking and a shuttle on the app. I chose parking and a shuttle as I did not want to walk 2 miles to the airport.Upon parking, I was told there was no shuttle service. I had to find and pay for other means to get to the airport and my flight on time. I tried to cancel on the app and it would not allow me to do so.I called and complained and was told to send an email. I received an email response stating that they have the option to cancel the shuttle at any time and that this is stated on their website ( not on the app) in the smallest print possible where I needed a magnifying glass and still could barely make it out. I was out ALL of the money I paid for the parking and shuttle service. I advise everyone to check websites for fine print and note not all terms and conditions are listed in the app. This is DECEPTIVE advertising.

Please understand that we are an online market place and do not operate any of the facilities listed in our website physically.. All the information provided in our website or the app is by the concerned parking lots itself and the information is the same for both. We always advise our customers to go through the information before proceeding to check-out or if you are facing any difficulty, then you can always reach out to our customer support and our team will be happy to assist you. Shuttle service is provided as complementary by the lot directly to the customers and we do not charge anything from our end for it. You may not be allowed to cancel the reservation online if it is near to your check-in time but you can always reach out to us through email or call for any cancellation/refund requests. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any non operable issues by the lot if the information is already given. However, we understand your frustration and we always look into our customers concerns seriously. Could you please provide us with a valid email or confirmation number that you have used for this booking? We are unable to locate any reservations after 2020 from the email ******************** We will review this issue and get back to you shortly with a possible solution.       Be aware - advertised price is NOT what you will be charged. Advertised price $5.49, priced charged - +$10.00 per day. This is false advertising.

      Extremely poor customer service. There is no advantage to going through this broker as their refund policy is rigid, with no possibility for partial refund under any circumstance.My advice is to book directly to the parking lot operator, since the broker gives you no guarantees for emergency situations.Account of what happened in our case:We reserved parking for Thanksgiving week from Nov 19-25.On the day that we were to head to the airport, our car wouldn't start and we had to call Uber at the last minute. During the ride to the airport, we tried to find a number to contact way.com to cancel our reservation.We tried to respond to the original reservation via e-mail and got through to customer service at ******. We were told that no refund can be issued if the cancellation was made after the reservation time (our reservation was at 9:00pm). If we needed a refund, we needed to contact the lot directly. The lot told us we had to go through way.com. We offered to pay for the first day of parking and get a refund for the remaining days, but we were told this was not possible.Date of experience: November 2022

      They do not vet their parking vendors and allow scam listings to sucker people into buying parking spaces that are misleading and protect themselves in the fine print knowing there will be confusion for patrons trying to get last minute spaces. **************** just keeps sending the same canned response and when called out, then just adjust their response to fit their narrative. They say speak to the vendor, who just tells you to talk to Way. Enjoy the stolen money. Stick with more accredited places like SpotHero.

All the information provided in our website is updated by the concerned lots itself. That's why we always advise our customers to follow their instructions provided in our website before proceeding to check-out as well as the confirmation email provided to the customers after reservation was confirmed. You have opted for an outdoor self-park and that's why it was advised to display the confirmation email in your dashboard before leaving the parking space. However, we totally understand the inconvenience you have gone through and we always look into our customers issues seriously. Since this transaction was disputed, your funds are held by your bank and we don't have access to it to consider for a refund.       This company continued to charge my credit card after I had canceled my car wash subscription. Even before that the location had stopped allowing way.com customers to use its service yet way.com didn't not notify or refund its customers. This is despicable business. It does not belong in a civil world. It needs to be put in a casket and buried. ***********************

      I booked airport parking with Way.com which was advertised as 1.5 miles from the airport. When I arrived, I discovered it was false advertising that gained my business. I tried to book a closer parking place which came up under cheapestairportparking which I have since discovered is also Way.com. There was no address, no information, and no way to get to the location. Because this was airport parking, I was trying to catch a flight, and wound up having to take a cab from the first location and spending $60 on cab fair. I almost missed my flight. I called as soon as I landed 2 hours later to be sure I wasn't charged for the 4 days of parking I couldn't get an address for. It was like talking to a machine. The person did not listen to anything I said and spoke like a programmed robot. It was bazaar. I called two more times since and had the same experience. They refused to offer any credit or refund and charged me for BOTH locations. They had zero interest in acknowledging the false advertising that gained my business. I would NEVER book with Way.com ever again. I will also never book with cheapestairportparking or anything else that is actually Way.com.

      As many other customers of Way.com have posted in reviews on TrustPilot, PLEASE DO NOT RELY ON THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL MISLEAD YOU. In addition to charging additional fees at checkout (which no other website offering parking by the airport was doing) after I submitted payment, their website provided incorrect information about the parking lots services, which included a 24 hour shuttle running every 15 minutes and a phone number to reach the shuttle. I reached the airport, parked my car, called the number and no one picked up the phone. NO SHUTTLE EVER ARRIVED. I even met OTHER CUSTOMERS WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. When I contacted customer service and spoke with a manager named Lekshmi I was told to submit a receipt for payment at a different lot and I would be issued a refund. When I emailed the receipt, Lekshmi wrote that Way.com cannot be held accountable for the shuttle. Yet it was Way.com that provided FALSE INFORMATION about the shuttle, precisely the point that Lekshmi agreed to over the phone. Please do not waste your time with this horrendous UNETHICAL company.

      I booked parking through Way.com. I found the manner in which Way.com presented the pricing for my reservation was deceptive. To me, it looked like I was being charged **** plus service fees, which I understood. However, Way.com took the **** to reserve the parking and a service fee, then I had to pay the lot another $8+ when I got there as well. So I thought I was being charged around $15 and was charged around $24. If the parking fee was $15 (half to Way.com and half to the lot) plus service fees, that is how it should have been advertised so customers have a full picture of what they are choosing. It was too late for me to make any changes because I had to get to the airport, so I was stuck. I will not be reserving through Way.com in the future as it is taking funds that I would rather pay to the small business owner.

      I wish I could give them a zero! I reserved parking at a Motel 6 near *** . In the reservation it stated safe 24 hour attended lot. I arrived to find a small fenced unattended lot which was full. I asked desk clerk where I could park she said anywhere in regular lot. I rode around the hotel lot to see drug deals, derelicts, people hanging all over the lot. Motel doors left ajar . My 8 year old Grandson said I dontfeel safe here! Well neither did I! I feel like if I came back in 4 days Id find many less parts on my car if I found my car at all! I tried to call company and got no answer. I emailed them and they said it was past check in time therefore no refund. I left this lot and I willNEVER use this deceptive company again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know! My life and my car are worth more than the $44 I was charged. Shame on me for trusting this company!

      Just want to express our frustrating experience from making a car parking reservation at *** thru way.com. I also wrote the complaint letter to the ************************ manager at LAX. I dont know how way.com and Marriott do business but we did not have parking when we got there and Marriott still refused to offer us the parking after talking to way.com employee on the phone. Nobody notified us about the issue till we got to the airport. If this is the business issues between way.com and Marriott then please do not do business with Marriott in the future but we, as a customer, should not be the victim of overbooking. The marriott turned down our parking reservation to save their spot for hotel guests. We were under stress dealing with Marriott and your customer service employee when it was getting close to our flight. The way.com agent Midhuu was trying to re book another parking for us with another unknown company we were not comfortable and did not want to risk of missing the flight. We were disasstified with the customer service agent as he was not able to find another well known hotel parking like sherraton for us as we requested. He was not able to provide the name of the re booking parking company clearly on the phone, so we were asking him to email us the information and it took him over 5 min to send the email confirmation for me to see. He kept saying the email was sent but I never got the email till I kept asking him to resend it. When I was able to see the email for the new parking he offered, I was not happy because we never heard of that parking company and could not take another risk. That was a long discussion on the phone and it was wasting my time when we need to catch our flight. We ended up parking at the terminal and pay $500 for our parking. Given all the hassles we had to go through, how can we use way.com to book our parking again in the future? Who will compensate us for the extra parking fee we had to pay at the end?
