      Horrible horrible horrible!!! Purchased monthly car wash that doesnt work at the facility, and I havent been able to get in contact with anyone to troubleshoot the problem or obtain a refund. I believe this company is a fraud as they refuse to communicate through emails (due to paper trail), and insist on phone calls. When I received a phone call during my work hours and couldn't talk at the time, it was an individual who was using their own personal cell phone, and not from a business. I have not been able to get a hold of anyone since then.

      Horrible experience. I paid in advance for a week of parking at a hotel & when I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that they dont accept reservations from ******************************* made multiple phone calls/inquiries directly to way.com and way has refused all communication with them. I ended up having to pay an extra $85 to actually park at the hotel and was not given a refund from ******* from the scam they sold me on. I tried to leave a review on the ********** blocked it from being posted publicly because it didnt meet their standards. I will not be using this app again

      I made an airport parking booking through way.com. I made reservations through their website and during reservation it is mentioned in their website that I can cancel any time before booking time starts. Due to rush I checked only 10 minutes before the start time on their website an option to cancel. But there is no option to cancel the booking. I checked FAQ and exactly followed what it says. But still couldn't figure out a way to cancel it. I started a chat and mentioned that I need to cancel but no response on that. By this time I crossed the booking start time and when I called customer service they told that I cannot cancel now. Only in their app it is possible to cancel which was not mentioned anywhere in their website. As suggested by the customer service representative I sent email with proof of my chat request to cancel before booking time. But no response from them. They are tricking people by this 'no way' out options.

      This company are scam artists. Pure bait and switch. DO NOT USE.I prepaid for an airport parking in ***********. When I arrived the morning of my flight, there were no spaces available. I had to rush to find another location at a higher cost of 50% more and almost missed my flight.They did nothing to rectify the situation.

      My spouse and I were charged for parking via ******* and never received an email confirmation for parking. We looked through all of our emails. I never used your service, but I was charged for it. My bank will not let me dispute it because they said you provided proof of an email. I never got the email. All I want is credit back into my account for the service I did not receive. I am willing to use the way.com credit or a gift card or anything. Thank you. My email is trippingthesilence at yahoo.com Again, I never recieved a reservation via email so I could not use your services. I paid, but never got a reservation number via email.

      I also believe this is the worst company/web site ever. I had an order for airport parking for $135.55 that I did not use and they refused to refund my money. I highly do not recommend using this web site.

Please note that as per our cancellation policy, no refund requests can be accepted after the check-in time regardless of using or not using it. We have made this point clearly in our terms and conditions as well because we are liable to pay to the lot for each spot allocated to our customers as per the contract we have with them. If we refund a customer without their approval after the check-in time due to any personal reason, they will charge ** for that space.       I made a reservation through this company to park at *********- ************* and they were horrible scammers and thieves. And now I know why.because I reported the trickery and dishonest and unprofessional behavior to Way.com and they did nothing. So from the reviews I'm reading I think they are cohorts in this highway robbery and airport parking **** game together. They should be shut down

      I made a reservation to park for 6 nights. When I went to the hotel they sent me to, the hotel said they no longer are associated with Way. Way employees sent me to another place and when I went there they said they were full. I made a reservation myself and Way is charging me a convenience fee for doing nothing. It was not convenient as I almost missed my flight. Please pay attention to the reviews. Way parking is a scam.

      They are dishonest and a scam! We booked online and when we showed up the lot was full and we had to ************** for over double the cost. They will not refund the overages even though it is their fault entirely! I am out an exhorbitant amount for parking due to their error and dishonesty.
