      While waiting to retrieve our car, the process was organized, although it required some patience. The team efficiently handled the vehicles to ensure a seamless departure for each customer. Despite the longer-than-expected wait, we departed the lot at 9 pm.

      They are in the business of taking and holding people's money.Buyer beware, it is a shakedown, bait and switch scam they are running. Parking is just a side hustle for way. Steer clear of way and their app or service in general.

      HORRIBLE! This company is a scam. They put parking lots on their site that are not vetted and not legitimate. I booked a reservation with an airport parking lot, only to be led to a ************* where a sketchy man took me car to bring to a "lot". Turns out it was just parked on a public street the entire time I was away. No guard (as promised). Upon further review I realized the parking company operates under many different names, all of which are illegal businesses. I contacted Way and they did not help at all. They refused to even hear my issue and continually sided with the illegal business. DO NOT PARK WITH THIS COMPANY.

      I booked patking on Way.com for July 4th using a small coupon I received from referring other customers to Way. I canceled the booking (in advance) and rebooked for July6th and was told that my coupon was used because it had been used in the July 4th reservation that was canceledDespite reminding them that it was NOT used because it was canceled, Way insisted that that still used the coupon. Such a shame because they have now lost a long-time customer and the people I referred just because common sense was not used to reapply my coupon! **************** is bad and not very smart.

      On 09JULY2024 I purchased a parking pass, #****-2110, for covered parking to begin last Friday, 12JULY2024, to end on 20JULY2024. I paid $111.64.Upon arrival at the *********** parking structure, I drove 5 stories all the way to the top, looking for a covered space. There were none. So I was forced to park on the roof, in an uncovered space.After parking, I called to ask for a discount, as I had paid for covered parking. The agent said there was no such discount.My return flight changed, and I came back early, last night, 15JULY2024. I called after landing, asking for my charge to be calculated for fewer days. The agent said no such calculation could be done.After retrieving my vehicle, I went to the exit machine at the exit gate, where in order to exit I was forced to pay again, $64.00.I telephoned this morning, the gentlemen was checking on this for ********************************* No call back. For all of this--product paid for but not received, and time, trouble and stress, I kindly ask for both charges to be refunded ASAP. Thank you.
