    I saw a provider (*******************************, PA) who wrote me a prescription on 3/25/23. She allegedly sent the prescription via e-fax to my chosen pharmacy. This pharmacy never received the e-fax. Therefore, they could not fill my prescription. I contacted my medical provider, as well as ********************** several times via email and phone. I attempted to change the pharmacy via online portal but was unsuccessful. It took four days and a threat to BBB before I heard back. ******** allegedly wrote a new prescription to a second pharmacy. But after four days (nearly 7 days after my initial script was written), this 2nd pharmacy still never received my prescription. I have been unable to get a response from my ******* ********************** via email, phone, and app messaging. They took my money and ran.

    I was getting medication from push health and now all of a sudden after I pay all this money they will no longer give me a Rx for it they want me to buy a med from them. My husband also paid for a Rx and a prior authorization to be completed neither ever occurred. This company is a scam and no one will answer my calls.

    I enrolled in the Push Health platform because I was curious about a medication they were prescribing, Ozempic. After finding out how much the medication is without insurance (around $1,500 a month), I decided not to proceed. Three months later, I receive an email that a doctor on the platform is requesting lab tests, even though I informed them that I did not want to proceed with a prescription. This is not my doctor. I have exchanged three messages with her, and that's it. There is no way to cancel your account and delete your information from the platform. This company has no business ordering lab tests for anyone who is not using their service. I want my account deleted immediately.

    Transaction date is 3/26/23.Paid $65.00. I was promised a proper consultation and then a prescription for Mountjaro. The nurse practitioner who was assigned to me barely communicated with me and she didn't address my medical concerns or ask pay any attention to my blood test results. Once she prescribed the medication which was immediately, I called the pharmacy and they said they have nothing on file. I have no idea why I have been charged $65.00 when I can't even get the medication and there has been no consultation with the nurse practitioner. The whole thing is a scam.

    Place is a scam, before I signed up and paid I asked very specific questions to my "provider" Once I paid and was prescribed my medication it was sent to a pharmacy that would not fill it, I was told by the provider they would fax the prescription to my pharmacy of choice but I needed to contact customer service to do so, the ** number takes you in circles and there is nobody to ever speak to, their ring central hangs up on you. The email you are also able to contact ** is never answered. Complete scam, never received what I paid for.

    Push Health as a platform is a scam. 3/20 I requested a prescription, I was told the prescription would be sent to my pharmacy and I could begin taking my medicine. Well, this was not true as 2 different pharmacies denied me the ability to receive the prescription after I was already charged $64.99. I contacted push health asking if I could get prior authorization and I was ignored. I asked again is there anything that you guys can do to help me, I was ignored again. It has been days and no response from my provider. They go ghost immediately after they take your money. It is all a scam.
