  I have been locked out of my account, they have my personal information, and there's no real person to speak to. The error message keeps telling me that my birthday and my Social Security number don't match after giving them all of my other vital information.. That makes me concerned that someone else has access to my information. You are continuously put in a loop of useless suggestions by an AI bot with no solutions with customer service. They have every piece of my vital information and I don't know how to cancel it or remove that information. I feel very vulnerable and do not trust this company or their process. Please help.

  They dont actually do investigations on credit reports, the dont follow FCRA guidelines and credit reporting laws, the harm consumers reports by allowing inaccurate information to pile up on reports and send automated responses when you try to correct it.

  Experian is useless. It is impossible to reach a real person and the automated system merely directs you to a website. Zero customer service. I was locked out of my account, called 6 different numbers all of which were automated and directed me to login- which I cannot. There is no way to reach a human. Experian is useless and frustrating. And, there is no platform by which we can complain to Experian. What a sham!

  I disputed two Navy Federal Accounts, and the debt collector could not provide proof that I owe the debt. Experian, ******* and ********** did an investigation both accounts were then deleted. However not long after the deletion the debt was sold to **** Funding and added back to my credit report with Experian and **********. I then disputed **** Funding and it was deleted as well, then not to long afterwards it was added back again to my report. When I disputed it again Experian and ********** stated that the debt is valid and wouldnt be removed. I have already submitted a complaint with CFPB, and I see why they are being sued for reinsertion of previously deleted account be added back to consumers credit report!

  ****************. I am trying to take some of false reports on my credit score and I keep disputing and no results at all. Talking to someone is impossible only the machine and that machine doesnt transfer the ******** credit report from ********** (website) and Equifax (website) is more than 100points up from Experian.I really dont know what else to do. Please need help. This Experian Credit Bureau should not exist.

  One star is too good for this organization. They are terrible. No real person to contact. Robots answer your email. Robots answer the phone. This is unacceptable for someone who controls your credit rating. No support if you have an issue. I will be escalating this up as far as I can take it.

  Terrible! They do not allow you to cancel your subscription. No area on their website to cancel. They give you a run around on a bot call and do not allow you to cancel that way either. I have emailed and no response. I have been billed for 4 months now and still have not been able to cancel.

  My Experian account was hacked. The email and recovery phone number was changed without an alert. I found out when I attempted to log into my account. I reported the issue and uploaded required documents to regain access to my account but this has not been resolved yet. However when I attempt to recover my account the ********************** is sent to the other email therefore they still have access to my personal information. After investigation this further I discovered the same incident has happened to many people and is not resolved! I have to hire an attorney

  I Pay a fee monthly of 24.99 for Experian Service's. i called and, emailed, scanned my address. i disputed it to correct my right address. i have not being able to get a updated credit report. Outside of other credit report dispute i have sent police report on my file. they have none nothing. the breach is real i hope thay get sued to close her businesses down.

  This place should be forced out of business. Everything about it is a scam!! Experian executed multiple HARD INQUIRIES on my credit file in 2024....every other day for 6 months straight!! They have ZERO customer service, the website doesn't work, nothing is free...it's all BAD! They violate the law and nothing gets done about it. I wonder how many thousands of people have been negatively affected by their shady business practices?!! Something needs to happen to stop them from continuing to destroy people's credit. They need to be punished to the fullest extent of the law!
