    That's what I get for not believing the reviews! This company is pretty bad. I ordered wall art in July. I had to keep sending questions to customer service as to where my order was. No one bothered to let me know anything until I asked. They kept pushing the date back claiming there was an issue at "the Port" Finally after almost 2 months I asked for a refund. I did get my refund, that's why I rated them a 2, but I was crossing my fingers. Based on my order issues, I'm surprised I even received my refund. Never again!

    I ordered a barstool from Barstooldirect.com (parent company Peazz). The ship date kept getting delayed. I thought it was strange the first time I called they girl immediately said she would cancel. Normally companies what you to be patience and work with them on shipping delays, but not her. If you call, most of the time you get get a message they will call you back and they never do. If you actually get someone, they tell you something that is a total lie. If you call them several time, they will monitor your caller ID and will either hang up on you or block your call. I finally cancelled my order after calling about ten times. Oh but if you click on "Cancel your order" on their website it going no where as do most of their links. Their customer service is nonexistence! The more I researched this company I wished I had never dealt with them at all. I didn't think I had to research a company that was endorsed by Trust Shot or to just make a simple purchase of a barstool. In short, this company should be shut down. I couldn't believe all the complaints I found online! Well now I hope they really cancel my and don't charge me. Of so, they will be dealing with VISA! I wouldn't even give them a "1" star but I guess you have to click something.
