    Order a product back in September there site said 10 in stock so months later back and forth by email I asked order to be cancled got conformation but 3 weeks since then no money refunded and no product either. When order was placed said they had 10 in stock only later to find out they had none. At this point they are just ignoring my question. Will be filing a complaint with consumer protection agency. Many complaints from other people on Facebook have same problem. Do not buy anything from them quick to take ur money but never give it back.

    Total sham. Ordered a 10-key calculator 10 days ago. Order confirmation said I would be updated when it shipped. Not a word a week later. So I emailed customer service number inquiring when the product would ship. Three days later still no response. I am charging back the purchase on my credit card.

    I agree with other reviews. This so called company is a scam. Ordered a vacuum cleaner a month ago and still NO ship date. Told them to give me my money back. Still do not have it back on my credit card. I will be reporting this company.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!! It's a scam! I ordered a roaster, and they charged my credit card the next day. I kept waiting and inquiring about my order. They kept saying there was a delay at the port and continued to push back my delivery date. After 2 months of waiting after I already paid for it, I threatened them to cancel my order and issue a refund which they did. But I believe if I hadn't told them I was calling the BBB and AG, I would have had to fight them to get it.

    I agree that this company is a sham! I ordered a chandelier on 8/2/2022 and was given at least five new delivery dates. Each time I had to contact them for the status of the delivery and each time I was told there were problems with the container & the port. Finally on 1/3/2023 when I was given a new delivery date of 1/13/2023 I told them to cancel the order. I received an email stating the order was cancelled and showing the amount of the refund. I waited a couple of weeks but the refund never appeared on my credit card so I contacted the company again & asked about the refund. I was told it had been manually proceeded and to contact my credit card company and dispute it. I asked what day the refund was processed but never received an answer. At first my credit card company said too much time had passed to dispute it but I contacted them again yesterday and was told since I had gotten so many new delivery dates that I could dispute it. The credit appeared on my credit card account today! Lesson learned!!!

    Bad news. I ordered a camera for my daughter. She was so excited. It was interesting that they had it in stock because it was out of stock in all other websites. The item never arrived.... They keep on pushing of the shipping date.

    TOTAL SCAM OPERATION. Wish I had checked this site before ordering. I ordered 3 chairs on 9/2/2021 for the company I work for as of 12/9/22 I have zero chairs and zero refund..

    ZERO stars (they make you put at least one) Total scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They told me there were delays at the port, and then kept moving the expected arrival date back two weeks at a time. I finally told them it was starting to seem like a scam, and they refunded my money. Wish I had read these reviews before I made my purchase.

    It's a scam company. They don't have any product to ship you. They lie about delays and hope you forget about the transaction or give up on trying to get your money back.
