    I'm in the same boat as many others here. I was trying to find a Chamberlin MyQ WSLCEV remote control light switch. Chamberlin has discontinued the part but Peazz (through their Home Goods Bar brand on myshopify) advertised having them in stock. After immediately charging my credit card, nothing happened for a few weeks. When I asked them, they said they were waiting for a shipment (even though they previously advertised as being in stock when I placed the order). It would be a couple of weeks. After a couple of weeks, they said that the order came in but with insufficient pieces to satisfy my order (unlikely). Now they said wait for more to come in. But this is a discontinued part, so that's not going to happen. Their website says that they still have at least 10 in stock, which, of course, isn't true. I'm going to work through my credit card company to dispute this charge. Annoying. I wish that read these reviews before placing my order!

    Like many other complaints, we purchased a wine cooler from this company. They continue replying with a "we haven't forgot about you" auto response, with no real person behind the email. We are out of the money we spent and we have not received the wine cooler. And no response from this company. This is a Scam ... something needs to be done to stop this company.

    We ordered a ceiling fan from them almost 2 years ago, never shipped to us. I send regular email requests for refund , but nothing. I’m going to try the social media route to see if it gets attention to our longstanding issue.

    Just like other reviews I’ve read this company is a scam. Ordered a wine fridge back in Feb 23 and was strung along for three months until I cancelled the order three weeks ago. Received an email confirming cancellation and refund issued but refund hasn’t shown up yet on my credit card account. Being strung along again!!

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Just like the other reviews:::THIS IS A SCAM. I ordered a lamp, the website said they had 10+ in stock. After several emails explaining that another shipment was coming in a few weeks, I finally cancelled the order. Now I am fighting to get my money back.

    I placed an order with Barstooldirect for 2 chairs and each month they were supposedly on the next container yet no chairs were shipped. I requested a refund. Peazz said my order was canceled but no refund showed up in my credit card account. Thank goodness I used Capital One I was able to dispute the charge and get a refund. I also kept all of the emails to support my dispute and show where they canceled the order and supposedly refunded but never did. Beware!

    I ordered a board game from them. They were quick to charge my card. Two months later, I have yet to receive any update on receiving my order. I have tried to contact the customer service number. Most of the calls went directly to voice mail. On one occasion I was able to leave a message which no one responded to. They are a scam and the Better Business Bureau should somehow shut them down.

    BEWARE! Peaazz.com is also HOMEGOODSCENTER. Note the connection. Do not purchase from these companies. They will take your order and your money, you will never get your product or your money back.

    Avoid peazz.com (or ***************.com). I ordered a rolling bag that company listed as "in stock". After ten days of no movement (order simply showed as received) I contacted them to ask if the order had been "processed". Thus the dance began... Initially was told the item was no out of stock, but shipment was coming in the following week and that I would be contacted. No contact, no update. I have requested they cancel the order. Will then work toward a refund.

    We placed an order for a vacuum in October of 2022. The company stated the item was in the container and would be shipped once the container was accessible. We called the company from October 2022 until March 2023 and were told each time it was still in the container. After five months of waiting patiently, we decided to request a refund. The refund was requested in March of 2023. We have called many times and still have not received a refund. We placed a claim with our credit card holder but the deadline had passed for them to process the request. We are still waiting for our refund. We believe we have been scammed out of our money. How can we get our many back?
