I had paid $3048.72 for GoDaddy to build a website for me from Jan 12, 2023, now Sep-26 2023 still not finish yet, My website name is www.protattoosupply.com. I had order over $20.00.00 tattoo supply already but I can't sell the product without the website, (all tattoo supply have expiration date in 2 years ) I'm very disappoint to choose GoDaddy build the website for me. I don't know how long my website will be done. all **************** expiration date will coning soon. if my website not finish in Oct -31-2023, I Will call my credit card company help me get money back.******************Sep-26-2023Review fromElisha C

GoDaddy Payments IS WITHOUT A DOUBT THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER!!! I needed a way to process credit card payments, so I decided to try GoDaddy Payments. I provided them all the information the asked for in order to verify my identity. The company did a test deposit of .01 cent to my bank account( no problems). I was informed everything was ready to start processing credit cards. I processed my clients credit card payment for $500. According to the app, everything looked good, the payment was now waiting to be transferred to my bank account. The next day I got an email stating that I would not be able to process more credit card payments because of certain risk factors. When I asked what the risk factors were, they could not tell me because it was done by a third party. If there were any problems/risk factors, they should have been identified during the verification process or the .01 cent test runnot after I process my clients $500. GoDaddy Payments charged me $16.50 processing fee even after I was deemed not worthy. DO NOT USE GoDaddy Paymemts!!!GoDaddy.com LLC

This people are con artist, they scare you in to buying services you really do not need. Then if you do not pay to protect your email account they sale it to spammers. ********* 365 is c*** and a scam with godaddy.com $200 for a service I do not use!!! They got me good!!! While on the phone today 9/23/23 with a employee of GoDaddy she try to find out who created the ********* 365 accounts on my hosting and she cannot see who created it so I guess theres a ghost that works for GoDaddy that s******* over people!!! 18 years Ive been with GoDaddy for them to pull this crap!!!!GoDaddy.com LLC

GoDaddy is a fraud organization. Furthermore, i will never use them again. They took my URL and then they try to upgrade me and then when i didnt pay for it they held my domain hostage and wouldn't let me transfer my domain anywhere im so mad.Review fromHaygaz E

Avoid this company. They and their 3rd party vendor, Certigy are horrible. Have spent 21/2 months first trying to purchase product renewals and later to get a refund for an errant double payment for those renewals. Still no resolution.GoDaddy.com LLC

I bought a single domain name from GoDaddy.com for my company. They charged me for two domains without myconsent. When I called customer service they disconnected the call in between after being on the call for around 20 minutes. They are rude and have horrible service. I have used GoDaddy for years, but fairly recently, I have found the customer service to be terrible. It appears that they put incompetent individuals on the front line now. When they attempt to help you, things get screwed up. They tell you that it is an issue with your core files and we need to reinstall WordPress or they need to send us to their paid support team. As a web developer with many years of experience, I am able to show them exactly where they messed up. The last time I had the manager engage the higher-tiered paid support team to fix it at no cost after proving that their person made the error. Now here we are again. We bought two new domains and asked them to point one of them to the existing hosting location. After supposed doing so, we were told it would take ***** hours to show. After 48 hours and still no website, I called to ask what was taking so long. They said it was our core files and they were corrupted. Keep in mind that we had no such issues prior to this. I asked to have a manager call so that he can approve having their top support team fix it at no charge. We were told they would contact us in 1-2 hours. They never called. They sent us an email on how to fix it ourselves. I went into the account only to discover that they totally messed up the domain and hosting locations.I will no longer recommend GoDaddy to any of my clients. In fact, I'm looking into other hosting platforms to move my client's websites. This is totally unacceptable. Think twice before choosing GoDaddy!GoDaddy.com LLC

This is the most difficult company to work with. They are supposed to be a technology company but yet they have no technical skill. Our site continually goes does for no reason and they are incapable of fixing even though they caused the site to go down. We have Shopify for another one of our sites and we never experience any issues. We hired godaddy to build our site on the premise that we would convert it to Shopify but after paying $3000 and going over schedule by 6 months they told us that we were not able to convert to Shopify. We were very upfront about our intentions and were assured that it would be possible. During the build, we were stunned on more than one occasion that they could not handle simple coding requests. Again, a no brainer for Shopify but apparently not possible with godaddy. Since we had spent the money, we chose to stay with godaddy however issue after issue keeps coming up. First, they do not have a way to handle an in-person ***. It seems that their devices cannot communicate and therefore you must input all data on each device. When you have over 100 products this becomes rather laborious. On top of the *** issues our site constantly goes dark without any notice or accountability. I am so sorry that we chose godaddy. It has not only been a waste of time and money but is actually harming our business.GoDaddy.com LLC
