      Where to being. Although their website builder is decent to navigate, their site and products are so confusing. Also they are always pushing free trials which then get confused with paid products. Also DO NOT USE their GoDaddy Commerce. I was told to try it as it's "easy" however because I'm a small consulting business, after my first payment (which should have been an exciting time) they legit held my payment hostage until I provided all this information, some which I considered private. And within less than 24 hours they had the audacity to shut my account down and gave me two options: refund your client (AND THEY TAKE A FEE!) or wait 120 DAYS for my own money. And the support during this was terrible. No personalization, no empathy, nothing. Regret choosing them and will be looking into other platforms to use for my business

      If I could do 0 stars I would. The domain business is supporting a fraudulent website that has supported extortion and slander and will not take it down. I have filed FCC reports, 2 *** reports and sent them to them. They say I need a court order and do nothing. I have over 20 products with them and will be directing them to another company as soon as possible. Expect no support if scammed and for them to support the criminal rather than great historical customers.

We have a long-standing history of cooperation with law enforcement and the courts.

      Yesterday I wasted about 6-7 hours trying to work with the completely useless 4x6 *** shipping label GoDaddy provided after I purchased a label for my first order. 14 hours later, I still have this completely useless *** file (a shipping label with Zebra Programming Language code made for only one direct thermal Zebra printer that exists in the world) that I can not print. After wasting from 11a until 6:30pm yesterday trying to get help from several different guides I received ZERO helpful support. So what I ended up doing this morning was purchasing a 2nd label from PirateShip.com (and eating the cost of the $7 completely useless *** shipping label from GoDaddy) so I could get my customers package to **** this morning. On top of that, in my frustration yesterday, I accidentally clicked the refund shipping label button so my customer has been refunded the $5 he paid for shipping which means I am in the hole $7 for GoDaddys useless *** label + $5 refund back to the customer + another $7 for my own label (a PDF label) purchased separately from Pirate Ship (which, by the way, was a PDF 4x6 label provided by Pirate Ship that I printed in 2 seconds with no issues using my Rollo label printer) so I spent a grand total of $19 (which is $19, not including the 6-7 of my life GoDaddy wasted with the *** useless file nonsense so if you include my time wasted by GoDaddy's "guides", this label cost me roughly $619) for 1 shipping label when this could have cost only $7 if GoDaddy would have simply provided a printable (PDF) shipping label. I can not seem to get any useful help from any of these so-called GoDaddy "guides" (I have tried probably ***** times over the past 2 weeks with different guides and wasted countless hours with absolutely ZERO help from GoDaddy guides. GoDaddy might as well of hired AI robots because the level of "help" coming from GoDaddy "guides" is non-existant. If you want a nightmare website with zero help ever, choose a Godaddy ecommerce website.

      SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! Notice Tech support is stubborn (want to do it their way), unhelpful, do not listen to the customer, and not knowledgeable about difficult issues. I Got charge on my credit card and I haven't been with them for 2 years...I call they had me on the phone for 1 hour. They didn't send me back my money. Now they said they refunded me but in the store! SMH!!!! Horrible experience NEVER AGAIN!!!

      GoDaddy continues it's downward slide. I'm trying to ask a simple question, and the chat function doesn't understand the question, so I'm told to wait to chat with a person. It says "Hang in there. Your estimated wait time is 41 minutes". But no one ever comes back to chat with me. This humongous megalith company has completely dropped the ball on customer service. If you have stocks, sell them immediately, because they act like they're on the verge of bankruptcy and have zero people on staff to actually manage the business.

      They deceive you in their pricing. I was told the package included an email link and could accept donations. This was a lie as i was made to pay extra for each of these that ended up being more than the original cost. Beware of all their hidden costs for things that are supposed to be included in the first place. Very disappointed

      Ironically godaddys website is a JOKE! Horrible language barriers on support calls. They stole several domains I purchased. They manipulate pricing on renewals. They harass with renewals. Once you own a domain they start raising the price. They flag those with any resistance. Very bully-ish! I highly recommend NOT using godaddy. Otherwise be prepared for rate hikes. Be prepared for account confusion. They make you keep a bank or C card on file. HORRIBLE experience with godaddy!!!

      I got a notice less than a week ago that Godaddy is going to raise rates on **************** Emails and couple days later they charged me more. They didn't even make it a month notices giving enough time to change services. Plus, I never get notices on increase of rates on domain names they just raise the rates. This practice is not in Better Business Bureau A listing status.

      Go daddy is not a good e mail provider. They may be fifth largest in the world but that does not make it good. They do not white list anyone for you. You can not speak to a supervisor. Their enhanced e mail blocks ever more than normal e mail. They also have a narcissistic way of doing business by always flipping it back on you to do work such as the quarantine work. Things that local providers do. They are hateful rude and do not call you back when they say, and when on the phone with support if they do not fix it then, you start over. No trouble tickets. Absolute worst service I have ever had.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. They cost me money at the very beginning by locating my business in ********* even though I filled out everything for my business where it actually resides. **************** reps made it seem like it was my fault. Upon (trying to) leaving GoDaddy, they kept harassing me after I had blocked emails from them but the emails kept coming. When trying to delete my account, the *** kept sending me to a help article instead of doing his or her job. Bottom line, **********************. This company is a bottom tier company and a bottom feeding company that relies upon misdirection, bait and switch tactics and customer ignorance to make their profits.
