I was kept 34 minutes on the line to do a basic refund. This appears to be the tactic employed to reduce the amount of refunds. Working people don't have that kind of time to waste. The foreign representative was also extremely rude when I began to complain about it. You don't speak to customers the way that he did. ********************** also tries to hide how and why it's billing you. It's almost as if the Mafia has stopped the $10K vacation plan racket and moved into websites and hosting. Stay away.GoDaddy.com LLC

Godaddy Is worst among *************** Provider, yesterday I connected on chat for help and an South Indian agent ************* didnt help me at all and worst part is he changed my website IP address to unknown IP and within 5min My entire website lost. He did it without any 2nd thought. When I approached Godaddy On X-twitter, they kept silent. So, who so ever is thinking to go with Godaddy , think 100X before purchaing anything from Godaddy. Worst Service Ever. Very Rude and You can loose your website too. So Beware!GoDaddy.com LLC

I purchased a premium website design, hosting, and marketing package with social media ads. Despite clear promises, none of the services were delivered as agreed.I was told Id receive a website draft with multiple revisions before publication and that marketing would not begin until the site was complete.What I received:A first website draft with no completed revisions, despite multiple ************** usable or published ********** marketing or social media services, as there was no finished site to promote.Over several weeks, I contacted support repeatedly:Submitted a refund request after speaking to billing and global support.Was told by ****** from the design team that Id be contacted within 12 business ******* follow-up occurred. Eventually, I spoke with Customer Experience Manager Sebastien.Sebastien refused a refund despite the request being made within 30 days of purchase and services not being rendered. He instead offered an in-store credit, which is *************** summarize:** completed website ** marketing or social media ads ** photoshoot ** approved or delivered services I have terminated my relationship with this company and will be moving my domain. I do not accept store credit and am requesting a full refund to my original payment method.This experience was extremely disappointing. GoDaddy's prior comment did not lead to any resolution, they only requested a customer ID number and name. I still have not heard from them, again do not use their services, you're better off using AI, another company, or independent contractors. This was unfortunately one of the worst experiences I've ever had personally with a company and will continue to advise everyone to not use GoDaddy.Review fromDavid M

This company clearly discriminates against those of us who are blind. We have maintained a small private domain for email only.Recently they have changed security protocols which broke our access to our emails on our cell phones. Both of us in this house are blind and thus have linitted access to help from sighted individuals. The so-called technical support cannot assist us in reestablishing the email access which they broke!We have been attempting to resolve this issue for several weeks with no success! All they have done is to suggest that we find someone to "help" us! They took our ability to access email on our cell phones and now we are supposed to fix it?GoDaddy.com LLC

Absolutely terrible customer service. I've been passed from one agent to another, each one suggesting I purchase different add-ons as a supposed fix for a website they themselves tweaked and broke. The site has now been down for two full days, and none of their IT staff have been able to resolve the issue. Keep in mindthey're the ones who made the changes that caused the problem in the first place. Our order history and billing are now a mess. They confused us with all these packages yet they refuse to take proper responsibility or help restore the site.GoDaddy.com LLC

PURCHASE ANYWHERE ELSE!!I WISH I COULD RATE GODADDY LOWER THAN 1! **************** is absolutely a joke. Typical large Company mentality - they have millions of customers paying them so there is absolutely NO motivation to treat any one customer well as they have millions more behind them!I looked around at a few possible domains but did not decide to purchase them - only added them to my cart to review and consider later. Immediately after closing my browser, I received a promotional email from GoDaddy offering a 25% discount off any new purchase. SO I took the "bait" and completed the purchase of the domains that I had saved earlier. I entered the discount code they provided - but it did not apply after I hit the purchase button. I called ****************s and after a LENGTHY debate, they refused to honor the promotion, even after I forwarded the email to them, claiming the 1-year registration already included a 45% discount so the 25% offer does not apply!! Total bait and switch - total misrepresentation and totally c*** ****************!GoDaddy.com LLC

I got charged twice for a one year subscription, They never got the site up, then wanted me to pay an extra $45 to go live after charging me an extra $60 for a restore fee. Then multiple calls and text messages and emails later they say they cannot restore it and offered a refund but not the $60 restore fee which they couldn't do. This company is a den of thieves on a mission to make life miserable for their customer Base. They should be forced out of business.GoDaddy.com LLC

They charged me for domain when I thought I cancelled it last year. I called same day it was charged to my card and waited on phone for 45 minutes then decided to chat and they took forever to respond to each of my texts. They keep you on there forever and keep asking for codes. It is ridiculous process and they dont make it easy. I chatted again with them today and they said I was outside of refund policy date, when I asked what that was they sent me a policy to read through. I asked within 30 days they said no its 5. Well I called first day and now day 4. So Im not sure why I cant get refund! Do not recommend !!!!GoDaddy.com LLC

We have used GoDaddy twice now with the first being many years ago and the last started about 3 yrs ago. It was a terrible experience. Our email never worked correctly, so we were on the phone for 2 to 2-1/2 hours to fix. We finally gave up, mind you, still being charged for the extras, and we did an Outlook email to avoid anymore issues. The email issues caused major problems! We had a sells page that no matter what, was not visible to the public, no matter what we did. We were pounded with emails to pay more in order to have their staff help with visibility and other services. It was a racket and honestly got old. The amount that we were paying was far from what we started out with. We are not amateurs when it comes to building and maintaining our websites but this was a mess from one end to the other and it will be our last. I don't think that they are upfront when you build a website with them. I'm not the least but happy about it. We also had ppl call because the few that did see our site and tried to pay couldn't. Long story short, we spent many wasted hours on the phone with these ppl and most of the time, it was for a short term fix. I don't understand how they show up in the top 3, unless most build a simple no selling site. We gave up and I will NEVER use them again. I even asked for a supervisor to call me on multiple occasions and never got a call back. Now either the online reviews for top website building companies is fake or we simply had an unusually horrible experience with them. We were out of a ton of money for things that we never got to use. I just don't get how this is allowed in ******* this day and age!GoDaddy.com LLC
