      GoDaddy erased the website I had paid them to create and paid them to maintain on the internet for seven years because it did not get one payment due to my credit card being electronically stolen.Go Daddy only sent one email that I received and it only said that the website would be auto-renewed. I never received any email saying that there was problem with the renewal.

GoDaddy sent multiple renewal notices before and after expiration, informing you that your expired item(s) were at risk of being canceled unless additional action was taken. In addition, GoDaddy provided 20 days of service without payment before the item's cancelation.       They misled me into ordering a Renwal for 2 years w/o asking for a confirmation. And when I informed their customer service - they simply refused to make a change to correct the order. This is a 'forced selling method' to cheat a customer. And not an ethical policy.I would no longer refer anybody to the GoDaddy service.

      GoDaddy routinely made errors on their end that prevented me from accessing my email. Each time it took between 30 to 60 minutes on the phone with them before they could locate the problem. Not once was I able to get a credit. All I ever got was a half-hearted apology in broken English.

      After getting a new number I have to have them reset my 2 Factor Authentication to be able to log in. No problem right? Wrong. It's been 4 days with no help, just automated emails saying we still haven't looked at your issue. They take your money just fine though right? I highly recommend finding a different company to help host your site, this place is a joke. If they don't help soon I'll just block them from my cards and start fresh elsewhere.

      Embarrassingly terrible experience. DO NOT USE GODADDY. I purchased a domain name along with $300 of additional add ons including **************** suite for business. It took two days and several hours of interacting with an overseas customer service team just to get my email working properly. Now, the **************** suite that I purchased will not work. Godaddy has not been able to resolve the issue and the best response they can give me is to try again in 72 hours. Like what!?Microsoft says it's an issue on Godaddy's side and there's nothing they can do.

      Absolutely terrible experience with Godaddy. I've update my domain forwarding and DNS records and my account was blocked. I've called emailed and chatted via text message and at the end of hours of trying to solve my issues, they say wait 24hrs for a response. This has been going on for the past 5 days and they have not resolved my issue. My site is still experiencing problems and I am potentially losing tens of thousands of dollars because of this issue.

      Stay away from GoDaddy. They told me I needed to add an SSL to my website to stay relevant with ******* so I got it. Then, 9 months later, they suggested I upgrade from basis to deluxe for reasons that made sense at the time, and I did. The deluxe includes SSL; at that point, they should have advised me of this and cancelled my SSL. Nope. I got charged $566.98 for a two-year SSL when I am paying $28.34 monthly for web hosting that includes an SSL. I have called four times with promises of a callback from a supervisor. I got one email from someone who copied & pasted their "policy," which is a 5-day refund policy. Did they even suggest that they would cancel my SSL so it wouldn't happen again? Nope! Did they offer to change my monthly plan to reduce my costs since I am paying for it anyway? Nope. Absolute incompetent customer service.

      This is the ABSOLUTE last time GoDaddy will sell me products that I DO NOT NEED! I have used GoDaddy for my email, domain and business line. They had me BUY an auction membership and BID for a domain, then recharged me for my domain, then let me know that I NEVER had to BID for my domain and that I was still the ****** Business owners have it hard enough trying to make a living on their own, without a check from employers/companies. We hustle DAY AND NIGHT to make a LIVING. WHAT WE DO NOT NEED IS BIG COMPANIES LIKE GODADDY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF OUR BANK ACCOUNTS WHEN WE ARE TRUSTING OUR BUSINESS WITH YOU! I have deleted my ENTIRE account with ********************** I don't want the domain, the phone line, or email or nothing else that they have to offer. WATCH YOUR ACCOUNTS PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU!

      Terrible customer service. Billed be twice for one domain registration and wouldn't fix i, even after an hour on the phone. I disputed one of the two charges and they canceled the domain. Now I have no website and still owe **** the money for it.

      They're withholding my funds, so today I'm filing a claim against them in small claims court. It's been 15 days, and the money still hasn't shown up in my account. Initially, they approved my company for a payment gateway, but after my client's first deposit, they held the funds and rejected my application!When I contacted support for the first time, a man there rudely questioned my accent, saying he couldn't understand me and asking where I'm from!Moreover, every time I reach out to them, I'm bombarded with spam emails and calls, making it feel incredibly unsafe. I'm moving all my domains and other services away from this company and filing a formal complaint.
