The employee who helped me - Doressa - went above and beyond. I bought the product solely because of her professional explanations, obvious knowledge, and solution focus. She is a STAR! This is the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Doressa From GoDaddy reduced barriers, made information more accessible, and I left the call feeling confident, supported, valued, and with increased security. - you are EVERYTHING customer service is supposed to beGoDaddy.com LLC

Go Daddy service is terrible!!My business email has been down now for 5 days because of MX records. The process to reset my use name and password has taken 5 days with multiple (10+) conversations with Go Daddy on the phone through tech support. I completely understand security measures when having this situation but to leave a business for 5 days not able to receive emails which our business relies on is completely unacceptable!Review fromSam S

We have used GoDaddy.com as our online service provider for many years. However we have recently learned how they have horrible customer service even for those like ourselves who are expanding, looking to add services and adding a new business. We wouldn't recommend them to any businesses unless you are a professional website developer and require NO assistance.GoDaddy.com LLC

We've been a Godaddy customer for over 10 years. We've recently tried to migrate our email systems from GoDaddy to ********** As we've grown from a 1 person company to a 14+ person company our business needs have evolved and the needs of our technology stack have also changed. We've experienced an extremely difficult experience with Godaddy this week, that I would never in good conscience refer them, or purchase anything else from them. They have refused to release our data to ********* so we can complete our email migration process, and at this point, they have cost us over 72 hours of a work stoppage. We cannot communicate with our customers it has been a complete waste of time.GoDaddy.com LLC

Go Daddy is aware that it is selling a stolen Domain Name. Network Solutions stole the domain name of my company, ************* **** (TCA), and is reselling it through PerfectDomain.com and Go Daddy. The domain name, TCAonline.com, was conceived by TCA in 2000 and registered through Network Solutions (NS). It has been continuously re-registered every three to five years through NS, the last re-registration being in September 2022 for five years to September 2027, as acknowledged by NS in a written receipt, and a receipt from ***************** Then, in November 2023, without warning, NS cancelled TCA's registration, illegally seized TCAonline.com, and is offering the domain name for sale to any third party for $4,799 through PerfectDomain. Go Daddy is also selling TCAonline.com even though I have made them aware that is a stolen domain name. NS also blocked all access to my website and will not refund my fees. This is consumer fraud. NS, its parent Company Newfolds Digital, and PerfectDomain all refuse to respond to my correspondence on this issue. Stay away from these companiesGoDaddy.com LLC

We thank you for sharing your candid feedback. While GoDaddy is the registrar of record for the domain name in question, we have no affiliation with its current registrant(s) or any associated business. What you have described appears to be a third-Party dispute between your organization and another company. As an accredited registrar, GoDaddy is prohibited from becoming involved in a third-party dispute. If you believe you have a claim to the domain's registration, and are not able to amicably come to a resolution with the current registrant(s), you may want to review our Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP), for details on how you may be able to possibly move forward via a hearing in a court of competent jurisdiction: This is a policy all accredited registrars abide by and may be located at the following link:***************************************************************************************************** We welcome the opportunity to connect with you in the hopes of resolving any outstanding concerns and can be reached at ************************************************Review fromGreg M

Our company made a huge mistake going with Godaddy web services. Their services don't work as advertised and their tech support has not resolved a single issue for us in the last year. Most times, we have to teach the Godaddy product to the GoDaddy support specialists. Then, the "escalated to advanced technical support" and there is never a response once it is escalated to that team. We will be making it priority to migrate off their platform ASAP.GoDaddy.com LLC

SAME.I paid GoDaddy over $3,000 for a ******************* services ****** did end up refunding me $300 for mktg svcs not needed while the month long build was done. I filled out their ******************* showed me vision boards that were in muted pastels with cursivey handwriting and told me that was the style they were going to build. I was given 15 pages as my build. I got maybe 8.I was very upfront, from salesman **** all the way thru to today, that I sold a weighted product and needed the website go be able to take orders. I have designed websites before, using GoDaddy for hosting. I am not an idiot. What I got was a simple site with my statements cut and pasted into AI for fancy snazzy tone. I got a dropdown sales choice, despite uploading pictures in my hub of each weighted product. There should have been a primary page leading to a secondary page that gave 4 page options, wholesale, shaker, standing pouch and Bodega. Each tertiary page should have had individual choices to click on.I went thru my 60 minute correction appointment with *** and out of 14 changes I wanted, was only time allowed 4. This kids spend 15 minuets trying to code a colored word when right next to it was a type tab.Since DAY 1` my website still populates "NO SHIPPING OPTION AVAILABLE" This has been ticketed a dozen ********* have spent 2 hours at a time on the phone with usesless 12 year olds. I was then told only flat rate was available. If I wanted weighted shipping, I had to pay for marketing services for a site that should have been functional day 1. In 4 weeks, the **************** email I purchased with the build, went down. It took my WP site down with it and my simple old site went up. 2 hours the first day and days the second time. WordPress still shows updates required. I have paid $2,800 for a website that is usesless. When I asked what marketing services was doing, they said SEO, however reviews state that GoDaddy does not include tags in headers.USELESSGoDaddy.com LLC

Straight up and very sadly, I cannot in good conscience now even give GoDaddy a one star rating. Their security area recently claimed that two domains of mine were hit with malware. GoDaddy notified me via an email on a Friday and only allowed me until Monday to resolve the same issue on both sites.I had no choice but to hire an IT contractor to work over a weekend to remove what I was told was malware by GoDaddy. My IT contractor identified the problem as faulty WP plugin updates that never shouldve resulted in my having to take responsibility to fix. So, I ended up learning that I was forced by GoDaddy into an unfair scenario wherein I had to pay to fix a problem that they allowed onto my site, which cost me $180. To make things even worse, GoDaddy would not reimburse me nor offset their fees to allow for a fair and reasonable outcome, despite this entire problem being caused by them. Moreover, they offered to fix the issue on both sites at no charge, but only if I was agreeable to buying their protection services package for both sites. Things that make you go, Hmmmmmm!!!!! Be sure to complete your due diligence on GoDaddy and their competitors before selecting your service provider in this key area.GoDaddy.com LLC
