      Godaddy has terrible customer service. They shut off our domain after 20 days, due to a billing error. They sent two emails over 20 days, then shut the domain down. The domain has been up with Godaddy for 18 years. The notifications went to an employee who was on extended leave internationally. They never called, sent mail or contacted my business, and they will only send billing emails to one email address. Absolutely crazy for such an important service. They should lose their ability to register domains. They've lost my business. You should change too, before they s**** you over somehow.

      This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my professional career. THEY SELL YOU A TERRIBLE PRODUCT RIDDLED WITH PROBLEMS THEN TO GET THE PROBLEMS SOLVED THEY TRY AND CHARGE YOU EXTRA PACKAGES TO FIX THEM. the customer service is as bad as it possibly gets. Theyre basically salesmen. All they do is try and sell you something. I had issues with my site and spoke to a customer service rep who told me to buy a package for $450 and everything would be solved. Lo and behold I paid the money and not a single thing has been fixed. Ive been in contact with customer service 10x for the same problem. Each having a different answer. Terrible all around.DO NOT USE GODADDY FOR ANY SERVICE AT ALL IT WILL ONLY BE A HEADACHE. HORRIBLE WEB DESIGN. ******** HOSTING. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. this is the worst company possible. I will be sure to spread the word via my instagram which has over 200k followers. I am disgusted at how bad Godaddy is. They are cheats and sleazy salesmen essentially. I would go with LITERALLY ANY OTHER COMPANY. Ive been dealing with them for over a year with absolutely nothing but problems at every turn. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

      I've never seen a company try to price ***** so badly. On top of that, their customer service is a nightmare.They offer cPanel hosting and within cPanel there is an option to create and auto renew SSL certs through Let's Encrypt for free. GoDaddy intentionally disables this cPanel feature to get people to pay their outrageous annual SSL fees. Their domains and other services are almost double the cost of competitors.Upon checkout of a product, they use tricky upselling techniques to get people to buy things they don't need. I've dealt with clients who had products they never used renewing for years without their knowledge costing them hundreds and thousands of dollars annually. Canceling some of these services can also be a headache.What's crazy to me is that when looking up reviews for the company you can immediately tell the difference between the paid reviews and the actual consumer reviews. All reviews coming from ACTUAL customers are below 2 stars while the review companies they pay all say they're 4 stars and up.I could go on and on about how terrible this company is but I would be here all day long. They locked in as the biggest name in the game and immediately took advantage with their price gouging greed but people are starting to catch on.

      STAY AWAY! Godaddy is the absolute worst company that Ive ever used. my emails for ********* 365 do not work. I have tried several times to contact managers or supervisors there every single time I am placed on hold and no one ever comes to the phone or they disconnect and never call me back. I have tried several times within the last few days to speak with a supervisor and no one gets in contact with me. The one time I did speak with the supervisor they never came back to the phone unless the phone lines work correctly, 50% of the time when I contact them to put in my account number, they say that its incorrect even though it is correct.I have spent five hours trying to get in contact with someone for the last few days and I still have not reached a supervisor.I recommend going with another host. They are the absolute worst. They are completely unprofessional.

      I paid godaddy to fix word press issue. They said 24 hours fixed. Then they said 48 hours fixed. Its been 5 days still not fixed.

      Godaddy is the worst i would say, they do not care about a businessman reputation. There website Online Store is so buggy it keeps throwing "Invalid Ols API respose" i am spending hours and hours with there technical support and still they are not able to provide the resolution. Moreover , it looks like there technical level 2 and 3 are not even technical. I will tell you why...1. One person said to me that this is browser issue 2. This is routing issue 3. This ISP issue I spent 20 years in IT technical field and i know what the issue and i am telling them the issue is but these newbie knows nothing just using cheap labor and doing nothing.I lose many customers and impacted my revenue in last 3 days but this means nothing to godaddy, because they are getting there money from us and they do not even provide refund.SAY BIG NO TO GODADDY actually Instead of GODADDY they should replace there company name to WELCOMETOHELL I wish there was an option provide -ve stars, even 1 star is not worth with GODADDY

      Stay away! Rip off. If you ask for your account to be closed they give you a run around and say they cannot close your account, tell you to send an email to technical support, technical support does not respond, then they charge your account, then say you cannot be issued a refund. Every representative has something different to say. Zero star

      PROCEED WITH CAUTION-THIS ISN'T YOUR DADDY'S GO DADDY-A week ago GoDaddy went in to restart one of my sites. For some reason, Automatic Billing, did not go through and the site was shut off. I contacted them, got a customer service rep in ***** who kept arguing with me until I told him I was going to turn him in. He eventually said that he "cross referenced" some things and it looked like they would be able to fix it. They fixed it alright. They relinked my website to a different domain. That was a week ago. Since, I've been on the phone, and in chats, with GoDaddy 'reps' for nearly 6 hours. All just to point a website to the correct domain. On Friday, I lost money. We had a broadcast scheduled, with sponsors spending money to broadcast it, and GoDaddy still had not fixed it. Here it is Monday and it's still not fixed. It has been nearly 7 days, and I continue to lose money. When I call all I get is "It's being elevated". GoDaddy customer service used to be great. Now it's other foreign countries, and most of the time, the people have no idea what is going on, let alone, offer any solution. I have about 20 sites with GoDaddy and have been with them for 11 years. Really disappointed with you, GoDaddy.

      GoDaddy has sold me services and has put those same services for sale. I have bought domains and even though I am still in the contract to have the domains, they have parked my website and are offering to sell it to the public. Avoid this company at all cost if you value your business. They will take your money and then steal your domain and sell it to whom ever they please
