If i could give 0 stars i would!!!! This company is a scam. They continue charging my card and i haven't purchased anything from them. I tried getting in contact with someone via email in regards to canceling whatever it is they keep charging me for but no answer. Now I cant even login but AM STILL GETTING CHARGED!!!!GoDaddy.com LLC

I contacted Godaddy on 6-11-24 to transfer my website to another host because I wanted to keep my websites together. I was told I couldnt transfer my website for 120 days because it was in a bundle. When I signed up for my website, I never saw this; my own fault for not reading the fine print. A tech named W emailed the documentation and it does state that I have to wait 120 days before I can transfer my website. I see a lot of 1-star reviews and I am adding my 1 star for Godaddy not supplying this 120-day notice in a more conspicuous place when signing up. After my 120 days are over, I will not return for any future websites.GoDaddy.com LLC

I feel terrible I thought GoDaddy was a trustworthy company. They've been around for a long time. I hired them to create a website for me, paid in full. We agree to 8 to 10 weeks with the expectation that my website would be finished and to my liking. Well, it's 3 months and counting and the site is still not finished, I laid out what I wanted over the phone. You don't know who the designer is, or who you're speaking to. When you do speak with someone, they are lying about working on the site. They are taking the information, but not putting it to use. I have lost a lot of money waiting for this project to get done. Now I feel like I have to start all over again by looking for someone new to create a website for me, because Go Daddy, I believe will not finish the site because they lied about having people that can create a small project like this one.GoDaddy.com LLC

I paid for marketing. Design services and was told any updates I requested would be completed in ***** and sometimes could take 72 hours. 3 weeks later nothing to show for it.I asked to upgrade to the next tier to keep my services with them since I would get an account manager and to at least make it right by crediting the $125 I paid and I would add the difference and I was told no refund will be issued even though I have yet to receive a completed ticket. So I paid for services I NEVER received and now Im expected to pay again???GoDaddy.com LLC

GoDaddy used to be a premier hosting site. I decided after many years away I would try to switch back to them, even though it was more expensive. The first thing I realized after I ordered is they no longer offer free email accounts with your hosting, so I immediately contacted customer service to cancel the order, which I had to go in and delete each item manually off of my account before it could be "canceled". Thought i was done, but three days later I still had no refund. Contacted customer service and they initiated the refund...except, it was only partial. The second agent said I will be refunded the rest and should have an email shortly. Didn't happen. ***************** contacts me and tells me I cannot get a refund for the domain transfer because it was complete. Their website transfer shows transfer canceled 3 days ago, I snapshot that and the agent finally says it will be refunded in a few hours (hopefully). Stay away, poor customer service now!GoDaddy.com LLC

Pretty disgruntled to discover that after paying for web hosting and domain for a site we only occasionally use, it has disappeared, just when we need it. Apparently when we decided in 2022 that we didn't need E-commerce and opted for a different plan, they canceled the one we thought we were paying for, and on which the web site was built, never notifying us. It had a few months left on its payment, so we didn't notice any change. Naturally we assumed the web site linked to THE SAME DOMAIN would be operative, since we'd paid (and keep paying). But our webmaster had built the site on the first plan, and since GoDaddy didn't tell us what was going on, he didn't know to transfer it to the other. If this sounds confused, it's because we are "casual users" of web technology, and it IS confusing. The onus is on GoDaddy to be clear and to NOTIFY. And they didn't. This company keeps charging my personal credit card and I never actually purchased any services from them. I keep disputing the transaction. I tried to call them to tell that they are charging my credit card without any reason. They asked for the credit card number then customer service asked that I fill up a form to investigate. They did not apologize of attempt to tell me how to fix it. This is a scam. Where did they get my credit card number from? BE AWARE!! This company is a scam!!!!!GoDaddy.com LLC

I actually had them for over 10 years, but they kept raising the fees and one time I had to switch over to a new bank card. They deleted the entire history of my business email! Who does that? All they care about is your money, and by the way they sell all of your personal data behind your back with 3rd parties that are not even involved in its operation.
