      It took ten times longer than was quoted to me by Bill my sales thief; and twice as long as stated by ********** Services. My cart was down for 3 months (including the 1st month of trouble-shooting the old site). We lost $30k-40k in sales overall and $25k-35k for an entire FISCAL QUARTER on the new site to excessive time lost. The 1 hour time slots allotted to talk with a tech was woefully abysmal. I have not had to endure such stress and anxiety in my life; of which by osmosis this stress was also afflicted upon my mother of 87 years whom I am her son and ultra-stressed caregiver. I will never recommend GoDaddy to anyone. I used to be a big promoter of GoDaddy about 5 years ago, that was before you locked down all access to real time to true web-techs and micro-divided all internal departments; so that if you asked 1-2 questions, you are told to talk to 4-5 departments and forwarded 7-8 times, spending 4-6 hours every morning on the phone for 2 months. I loathed the mornings as I laid in bed, bemoaning the all too familiar daily waste of fabrication time lost and the augmented telecommunication trek to ****** ahead of me. The only web-happiness provided, was my final escape from the tangled web of confusion and obfuscation GoDaddy weaves.

      I'm very dissatisfied my merchant account was closed with 20k in it and go daddy refuses to give me my money talking wait 180 days for a charge back with. Never never again.

      they are scamming people out of refunds and changes with two step verfication changes. they charged me for a domain in which isnt even showing up as a product i requested a refund... they then denied a refund the next day after they already authenticated it. very scammy business. beware....

      Godaddy will steel your domain name in there auction with no money to seller. Seller has paperwork that shows domain name is owned until 2/12/25. Godaddy told seller that fishingvermont.com wasn't owned by seller anymore so Godaddy sold domain name *************************

      I am compelled to share my frustrating experience with GoDaddy to warn others about the severe issues I encountered. Heres a detailed account of the unacceptable service and unresponsive support I faced:Account Locking Due to Registration Region:My account was locked because of the registration region. It took them over 10 days to process my documents and unlock it. During this period, I had to constantly ping their support team, wasting countless hours and energy.Loss of Domains:Due to the prolonged account lock, multiple domains have expired. Adding insult to injury, GoDaddy refused to waive and even lower the redemption fees for these domains, despite the loss being entirely their fault.Repeated Account Locking:After finally resolving the initial issue, my account was locked again. This repetitive locking, without clear justification or timely resolution, is beyond frustrating and has further compounded my losses.Unresponsive Support:Throughout this ordeal, GoDaddys support team has been unresponsive and dismissive. My emails and requests for assistance were largely ignored, leaving me feeling helpless and disregarded.This entire experience has not only wasted my time and money but has also severely impacted my business operations. The incompetence and lack of accountability displayed by GoDaddy are appalling.If you are considering GoDaddy for your domain and hosting needs, I strongly advise you to think twice. The lack of reliable customer service and the risk of losing your domains due to their inefficiency is not worth the trouble. Save yourself the headache and choose a more reliable provider.

      Like everyone else....they will hammer you with all kinds of charges and fees. One charge after another, that doesn't even come close to what I initially signed up for. Lots of hidden fees. I canceled everything, which was difficult, they make it really hard. We'll see if it sticks. Next I'm gonna try get my money back. I knew I shouldn't have trusted godaddy but that is on me.

      Godaddy charged my credit card for 27 domains, displayed an error that I could not be charged and did not add them to my account. The charged me but did not complete the transaction on their end. I have evidence of the charge, and evidence they were not delivered. Godaddy's website has constant bugs and is very difficult to use.

      I had horrible experience with GoDaddy. I paid them to make a website for me. $2.6K. The person on the phone was very good at promising things. When it came down to it, it took them two months to come up with the first draft, and the draft looked NOTHING like I explained it to the designer I wanted it to look like. Absolutely horrible. Very amateur design that had zero design to it. Terrible, terrible experience, I can't say that enough. I lost a lot of money dealing with these scammers. Shame on GoDaddy. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and transferring my domain out.

      I've been a customer for more than a decade. But I have recently cancelled everything and will no longer do business with this company. Why?Well, in early May, I purchased two services. But it was not a fit for me. So I removed them from my account. In an email, GoDaddy indicated that this was a cancellation. However, the company did not refund the purchase -- even though there is a 30-day refund policy. I talked to several agents and filled out a form -- and nothing. I just got the runaround from this company. It has been very frustrating. I have since moved all everything over to *********.

      GoDaddy SEO is fraud all the way around. They bill for hours that they arent using, and then refuse to give a break down of how those hours were used. When writing content they use ** to write it. Thats not all they will place the ** written content on the wrong pages. You have to monitor everything they do bc they will mess your website up. If you must work with GoDaddy do not pay beyond a month to month service, if you pay beyond that they will take advantage of you and you wont be able to get a refund at all. Theyll keep your money and do nothing else for you. Avoid GoDaddy by all means unless you want to defrauded the way I was by them. They got me for 15k $.
