      I have been getting charged by GoDaddy for a product I don't use. I have called in multiple times to get it canceled and was told that they wouldn't charge me any more but I'm still getting charged. I dnt know what to do if the company won't stop charging my bank account.

      Thank you for the opportunity to address our customer's concerns.

      Upon conducting business with GoDaddy, our customer acknowledged and accepted our agreements, found at https://www.godaddy.com/legal/agreements.

      On June 3, 2022, our customer initiated a free trial of *********************** Websites + Marketing (W+M) Basic product. W+M is a proprietary,do-it-yourself, template-based product to construct a website.

      On June 21, 2022, our customer renewed their W+M for a one-month term and in a separate transaction, upgraded their existing builder to W+M Ecommerce, giving them the ability to sell products online.

      Per our customers account preferences, GoDaddy automatically renewed the service in question on August 13, 2022, and September 3, 2022; in good faith to honor agreements with our customer.

      RESOLUTION:

      ********************** upheld its agreements with our customer in good faith and honored its terms of service.

      Our office has successfully connected with our customer. We have resolved their concerns to their satisfaction.

      I have serious problem with one of their staff.... that person were very very rude and refuse to cooperation at all. this person name is ******* and this person refuse to allow me speak with this person's manager in order for me to file complaint against this person. this person tries to stop me from speak with the manager. I asked same question repeatedly but this person name ******* repeatedly dodged my question and won't even answer my question at all and still ignore my questions. I demand that ******* to be punish for the action. please have customer relation to contact me thru email. thank you. *****

      Our sincere apologies for our customer's most recent experience with our ************* Staff, as this isn't the level of service we aim to provide. We will also see that their interactions with our Care Staff are reviewed to identify improvement opportunities. GoDaddy strives to offer the best service levels in the industry.
