Negative stars would be more appropriate. DHL has had my item since 2/25, according to their online tracking. I have made many phone calls to schedule delivery. Finally scheduled for 2/28 at 8:00am. At 10:00am NO DELIVERY. I called them and was told "unit did not make the truck as we lost it" WHAAAT?!?!? (INSANE as this item is a REFRIGERATOR!!!! NO call to me, NOTHING. I called and got the run around for hours. CS sent email to several people and cc'd me. Again NO response. It is now 3/3 and I had to call AGAIN. Since they dont do "same day deliveries" have to schedule for next day.. again. Asked to speak with supervisor.... NONE there... was told they work nights. ?!?!?! WORST delivery company I have EVER dealt with. EVER. NO one there gives a c*** about their jobs or deliveries. AVOID at ALL costs.DHL Express

My package has being shipped and am yet to receive it.I was informed that i had to pay the duty/tax fee of ******.I made payment on Monday morning.I have spoken to several customers ********************** representative concerning the payment. The payment has been confirmed and received it and its three days.This package is a dress for my wedding.I dont understand why. Kindly send my package to designated location. My wedding is next weekend .Please Ive made all necessary payments.Thank youDHL Express

DHL tries to hold canadians hostage by demanding exorbitant fees for paying a couple dolalrs on your behalf. AGAIN they are not delivering a package to me and are demanding around $20 to do so, the product is worth around $53 and the required duty is less than 3 dollars. I was just abused by their online customer ********************** person and received no response to numerous emails. The idea that someone should be charged $15 plus dollars for DHL to pay less than 3 is beyond absurd and should be illegal. Payday loan scam dont even scam people that badDHL Express

DHL sent a text saying "Delivery Feb 13, 2025" On Feb 10, 2025 I received another text saying "Returned to Sender". I can not get a live customer support person at **********************, all automated attempts just inform me the item has been returned and the tracking number closed. I'm not surprised they are not BBB accredited. I paid for ***** (that is on the vendor to correct) but I did not want, nor do I ever want DHL to ship anything to me. They are horrible!DHL Express

How is this company still around? This business dare I call it that, ***** so bad. Theyre supposed to be a shipping/delivery company, but are only open Monday-Friday, 9-5?? They DEMAND you to release your signature otherwise youll get the run around to get your package. I was supposed to have received my shipment on Friday, 1/31, but because THEY DELIVER DURING BUSINESS HOURS ONLY, I was at work and couldnt sign for my package. Okay, I wait until Monday, I want my package redelivered and then they tell me some bogus a** excuse about my husband not being able to sign for my package. So, they took my package back to their facilities AGAIN, and now Im SUPREMELY PISSED! I told them to just send it to one of their drop off locations and Ill just pick my s*** up myself.Tuesday, I was supposed to get a pin to get my stuff from a locker,, do you know these *****, sent my pin at 4:55, and their facilities close at 5!?!! So, now I have to wait ANOTHER FCKIN DAY??? If ***** uses DHL again, Ill just cancel my entire fcking order!! I HATE THIS COMPANY THAT **** MUCH! And no Im not releasing my **** signature, so their untrustworthy ***** can snap a pic, pretend they left my s*** on the porch, and then conveniently take it with them!! This company needs their licensing taken from them!DHL Express

NEVER use this company. I paid nearly $300 to have two books shipped to ****, *****. I was in **** when both I and the recipient were notified by email the books had arrived and were in customs. I and the recipient were together the entire time with our cellphones in our possession. We did not receive a single email, text or phone call from customs or DHL. When we called the following business day to inquire, we were informed they had been returned with no reason given. Weeks later I was able to have an investigation opened. I was informed by ******* with DHL Express that it was returned as customs could not contact us. I explained that was a patent falsehood, as neither of us were contacted. She was rude to the point of being contemptuous and said the inquiry was closed. ***** this company! They don't have the least interest in customer satisfaction or customer loyalty. She was despicable.DHL Express

Customer ********************** is lacking. Refusal to help or get a Supervisor/Manager when requested 7 times with 3 separate representatives. I was told a Supervisor would call me back in 2 hours and never did. Lack of Empathy and refusal to help in any way. I only requested to contact the Office where my package was sent to a *********** in ************** and that request was refused as well. I will never ever do business with DHL and will advise all of my friends and family to do the same.DHL Express

DHL customs broker / customs clearance **** is the worst organization we ever as business have to deal with.Since 2024 an for 3 times in row they repetitively make out wrong entry summaries/custom clearances, using wrong HTS codes and invoking false (much too high) customs duties.Despite 3 lengthily dispute processes they are unwilling to learn and just continue to negligently use randomly chosen tariff codes and customs duties, all on their own accord and daily good or bad feeling.Completely unacceptable!Would never recommend to use DHL for your shipping, .. unless you are eager fr trouble and wasting your valuable (business) time.DHL Express

DHL is the worst delivery company in the world. I ordered my husband the new ****** 11 retro for his birthday and they stole my sh%#. They took a photo where my package was delivered and it was in the the wrong city at the wrong address. Also stated that the the delivery tracking ticket was delivered to my address when it wasnt. Put in a claim that took two weeks for them to only say that my package was delivered to me and that they close my ticket claim l. Had to call the merchant where I brought the shoes from put in a police report for them to look into it and investigate that ended up for them to refund my money please do not have DHL deliver your expensive sh$@ because you will not get them and for the sh%#y a$$ driver who stole my sh$& i hope it was worth it and i hope you fu$@ your self ??DHL Express
