      Cancelled my delivery and had to reschedule for tomorrow because they didnt want to drive down to my house. The incorrect address was a cop out and they couldnt just tell me where my package was going to be for me to pick it up unless I would get it tomorrow.

      If I had the choice to put any stairs I wouldnt, so I understand where I am is a little hard to find the right mailbox or address but DHL needs to double check on where your dropping mail off, this is around the third time that I havent gotten my package but yet it says delivered. Maybe you need to care more on where your dropping mail off so everyone can either get it on time or have it delivered to the right address Very Unimpressed.

      TERRIBLE. I payed extra specifically for fast shipping, due to the fact that I bought an item for an upcoming Vacation. I typically never pay for premium shipping, however i bought a skirt i wished to wear for the beach, in which i was told would take 2-3 business days. what a WASTE. As i was informed 3 days later it would come 5-6 business days later. This was ridiculous, as regular shipping was 5-6 business days and i wasted my time and money on extra shipping which was so expensive for NOTHING. I usually dont leave reviews and especially not bad ones, however im honestly extremely upset. As the ENTIRE PURPOSE is now not able to be used. Customer ********************** sucked and i am never purchasing anything from DHL. Save your time, money, and headache for anything else. THANKS FOR NOTHING DHL!!!

      Everything went wrong. They lost the package on day 2. Wouldn't file a missing package report until day 5. They don't tell you anything. Every day goes by another person emails you saying 'still haven't found it'If you call customer ********************** you get an army of incompetent buffoons who I genuinely think are trained to try to make the process as convoluted and obtuse as possible.Every day, a different person is assigned to your missing package. So there is no continuity. One day they find your package, the next day its lost again, and they refuse to check any other records from any of the other agents that were assigned on every other previous ******* day, I got an email, with pictures of my package, that they opened, for some unknown reason, sent me pictures of everything, asked, "Is this your package?" I responded yes, please deliver. The next day they email me saying, its still lost and say it was never found. I call and offer to forward them the email of the pictures they sent me the literal day before, they refuse, they just say "nope, that didn't happen" Still to this day, this package is lost. A package, that they lost, then found, then lost again.They refuse to declare it lost, and refund the insurance money, they say, "It's lost when we say it's lost"I've asked to speak to managers, they say "No problem, you'll get a call from a manager in 90 minutes" -----you guessed it, no call from anybody. You call back, ask, "Hey, what happened to that call from a manager?"--------you guessed it, "We have no record of you calling asking to speak to a manager."After this encounter, every time I make a purchase online from a company, before purchasing, I will ask if it is going to be shipped with DHL, if the answer is yes, I'm not buying it. I want absolutely nothing to do with this company.

      Terrible company. Always charges over and above. Weeks to deliver and then delivered to the wrong address. From this point on if shipping by dhl I will cancel the order.

      I've waited several days for my package and I still haven't received it. The first day they say that they couldn't find the address, the second day the same thing, the third day the package was on hold. The weekend passed, now it's Monday and I call them and they say that they're not coming because of a heavy workload. My house is not hard to find, the *** brings you right to my front door. *********** door dash, ******** no one I mean no one has issues finding my house. I opted to pick my glasses up, which is a ********************* even though I've wasted several days waiting around. I do not advise anyone to use this service.

      Instead of sending my package to me, they sent it to another facility, and when I called for help, they shrugged it off and told me to call the post office. Unhelpful and the app still somehow manages to be even worse. This was SUPPOSED to be a birthday gift for my nephew before he went off to college, and now it may be too late for him to even get it. I fully blame the vendor and DHL.

      The entire DHL experience was a nightmare with very few exceptions. I was charged $1000 for transporting one suitcase from the **** to ********. Apparently, I was not given the correct forms that would itemize and show the value of my shipment. The suitcase was stuck in customs in ******** for two weeks; there was a customer ********************** number for DHL ******** but it would only ring through to an automated message and hang up. I finally drove an hour to the DHL office to straighten the issue out; they said that they needed a form that they had sent to be returned through their website. Their website would not allow me to attach and return the document. I contacted DHL in the **** For the first time, someone was helpful and said that I could send them the form and that they would forward it on; however two days later I was told by DHL Portugal that I had not fulfilled their requirement and that my suitcase would be immediately returned to the **** It was impossible to get help from DHL in ******** and the help from the **** was difficult to find and many times clueless. On top of everything else, none of my $1000+ was refunded for the incredible inconvenience. I'd never do business with DHL again and I'd strongly recommend you don't either.

      Hopefully if you order something they don't send it via dhl. If so your package will go on a wonderful tour of the ************* passing by your state multiple times before you receive it days after the stuff you bought from *****. I've never seen a more inefficient, ineffective company. Most of the time (I've had multiple dealings) you have time to nearly walk to the state it ws ordered from to retrieve your package. Most times the package is received quite damaged as well. One out of five times my packaging was undamaged. It's to thr point if I can tell a company uses dhl I look for other places to make my purchases.
