      DHL stole 25 dollars from me. When I asked for a return on the funds they said they would give me an email address to contact because that department is no longer taking phone calls. They are horrific at resolving issues and now they steal money.

      I used dhl shipped my item from ***** to ******** and already paid all fees including tariffs but dhl held my item more than two weeks. it is on hold by dhl right know without any expaination

      DO NOT USE THIS COMANY IT IS THE WORST SHIPPING COMPANY IN THE WORLD. If I could give a zero star or negative start rating I would. We are a small business that has been in business for over 40 years and have never had issues like we have had with this shipment using this company. We have not received our package in 6 weeks and they are returning our package back to the company outside of the country and we are losing one of our biggest client because of it. It is just patches, i do not understand why it was held in customs for so long and now being sent back after we sent in all of our proper documents. The saddest thing about this situation is if we lose this client it will be devastating to our company in such a way to where we will have to let go of employees over this small package. In my 40 years of experience I've never experienced such terrible customer **********************. I was told no one knows how or why my package isn't being delivered to me was also informed that they can not ship to our address and wants to ship to our employees address or different address. As president for a local ************************** I will be letting all business owners and work colleges about our experience and how I highly recommend any other shipping company but this one for their businesses as well. DOES ANYONE IN THIS COMPANY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING????

      Terrible shipping company. They have been here twice already to deliver when I was home, the instructions were VERY clear and easy to follow (it's literally a buzz code for an apartment). They didn't even try to contact me and left with the package that I urgently need but can send an e-mail saying "they couldn't contact me".I contacted customer **********************, and got no where with them. "They can't guarantee a phone call", is what they told me.Other shipping companies have had no issues delivering to my home, so for future businesses using DHL, I will not use them and I won't personally either.DHL Express has been a huge waste of my time.

      As I write this, I am waiting for the 3rd delivery attempt for my package coming from ******* to *************. I suppose paying $300 doesn't qualify for acceptable service. The first delivery attempt was blown off, claiming "no apartment number," but it was there, in black and white on their very first shipping alert. The second attempt came next day at 6:30 in the evening, and, well, I had a dinner date. So now, today's *** was no later than 4:30, and it is 5:45. We'll see.

      The worst by far. Run to companies and import frequently. Over at least 10 years had an issue with at least 80% of the DHL deliveries. Have even had items where duties were paid only to be shipped back to the country of origin with no explanation as to why. They up charge considerably, hidden fees especially on import duties, often times the fees are more than the duties themselves. It's a nightmare if you try to do a self check out. Have raised the complaint with the Better Business Bureau and can clearly see why they're not accredited. They are a nightmare. Whenever something is being shipped I always let the shipper know to avoid and not to use DHL. I cringe when I see it's been shipped by DHL.

      DHL did not deliver my package to me. They said my package was delivered and signed for. They allowed someone to sign a straight line as a signature instead of actual letters per the image in my email verification of delivery. This is the first time I have not had my package delivered to me since I have been living at my current address for the past 3 years. All other courier services have been phenomenal but DHL is the absolute WORST!

      I shipped something from **** to ******* with a guaranteed delivery of April 18. This was a gift for a child who is dying and it was Italian Easter decorated egg that she she desperately wanted. It is now three days after Easter and the package still cannot be located. DHL is incredibly incompetent. I have been lied to repeatedly about the matter being escalated or that a complaint have been filed and that a manager would be in touch with me within two hours. These idiots cannot even find my ********** became clear on the 18th that the package would not be delivered to the address designated, I changed it to my own home address. It still has not been located.

      dhl express is haggling and harassing already made purchase's with already paid shipping fee's with a professional already used company that is in the us multiple other places in the world through trying to charge even higher or extra charging fee's which in the past when i could order clothing from another country which i didn't use another countries website was direct usa whitefox there trying to force withhold or take my purchase for ******* made to pay a extra ***** $ fee for shipping when whitefox states through there own contract with shipping on clothing all is including of order before making or pressing purchase button all within the ***. dhl express is trying to scam haggle illegal & charge 2xs more then the whole order of the purchase & get away with it. when I've order from the uk the shipping fee was already including customs didn't or were not allowed to charge that amount from website seller to usa all was including when purchasing from website and should fulfilled by professional usa website to the shipper supplier they use as whitefox company to fulfill there customers order like said and placed in whitefox terms and conditions! can BBB do something tell them its illegal to press a customer haggle them for unreasonable charges, including get my package to me. or another hire up employee to these companies fulfill there job and not extra charge there customers so i can get my clothes without it being harassed or threatened i wont be getting them unless i pay more then what i order contract with ******** with a usa order number sold ship from *** store to *** seller to usa shipper to usa citizen to get my delivered purchased. & this be urgent!

      I placed an order while at my home in **********. Due to a shipping delay, I updated the delivery address to my Phoenix residence since I would no longer be in ********** when the package arrived. After changing the address, I was notified that DHL would not deliver the package to me directly and instead Id need to pick it up from a designated location.On the expected delivery day, I was notified that the package had been returned to the sender with no explanation. I contacted DHL approximately five times, and not a single representative could explain why it had been returned or where the package currently was.The next morning, I received a missed call and voicemail from a DHL employee named *****, who vaguely stated they were working on it and would follow up. I called back three times and was told each time that ***** was unavailable and there was still no update on my packages **************, I was finally connected with *****. She was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the call. I could clearly hear a television blaring in the background, making her difficult to understand. She was dismissive, lacked any empathy, and made it clear she had no interest in resolving my issue.Eventually, I was told that the package had, in fact, been delivered to a location in ********** meaning DHL never updated the address change I submitted. As a result, my package is now 45 days late due to DHLs failure to update my information and the overall lack of customer support and professionalism throughout this experience.
