    Pay online, on time, always. Constant accumulation of fraudulent late fees on my account. Same stories as many others commenting here. How the *expletive* can this place be carrying an "A+" rating???

    This company should not be in business, they have **** sued a lot of times for voilating laws and were even put on the *** banned company list ai one point in time. Apparently a payday loan account that was transferred over to them was more than *************************************************** They new that back in 2021, when I asked them about it they said "There's no such thing as astatue of limitations on a payday loans. " They lied, gave me and my wife false, misleading information and convenience my wife to make a payment. We never received any documents from them. When they called back a month later I told them what I found out on ********** laws with payday loans statue of limitations and told them to take me to court. On 09/27/22 they contacting me again ask for my new address and told me they were finally going to take me to court. It's kind of funny how they know the laws when it's in their favor. But when it works in other people's favor or against them they ignore it. I know why they waited a year because the ***** has a statue of limitations on taking them to court and finally complaint which is one year I will gladly wait for my day in court

    After being put on a lengthy hold twice and then hanging up on me, a customer ********************** rep answered my call where I was able to pay off the loan i received. Was thankful for the letter a month prior to the payoff date, but think I should have been given information about paying it off online, how and where to do it, and how much it is.

    Pay attention to your statement!!!We signed at *****% interest on a 20k loan. We set u auto pay for $250 a month. Our first month we only had $28 put toward our principle and $251 toward interest. Hidden fees of $5.83 per day financing fee that we did not agree to.

    I paid off my account in full with this company after making on time payments for 2 yrs. 1.5 weeks after the payment cleared my bank and online records were updated by them as Account Paid In Full, they were still reporting to the credit bureaus that my account had the previous balance. I contacted the credit bureaus to dispute, at which time they reached to Equiant to verify if the account was indeed paid in full. Equiant then provided false information in a statement that the account did indeed still show the previous balance and that my account had not been paid off. I received this update from the credit bureaus at which time I called Equiant to verify that what is showing in their records is a Paid In Full account. They verified that the account is Paid in Full, at which point I asked to receive a zero balance letter. I was told I could not receive a zero balance letter for 2 weeks, stating that my account which they have verified receipt of funds for is actually at a zero balance. I asked to speak with a supervisor, which was a complete waist of time. I was told that even though, they have received the funds and listed the account as Paid in Full, they hold that status for 2 weeks because I might decide to cancel a payment that they have already received, as if that were possible. So basically this company is knowingly reporting inaccurate information to the credit bureau and should be charged for falsely reporting inaccurate information and operating unethically under the fair consumer credit act.

    Crappy service only had 3 months as my previous acct holder sold after doing business over 3 yrs. Already double paid as they apparently have poor record keeping.

    This company can never give me a clear answer as to what is going on with my account. This is the WORST financial company I have ever dealt with in all my adult life. they post my payments late and charge me late fees. The customer service ***** is the pits. Can't get a straight answer.They hardly apply any part of my payments to the principal amount on a monthly basis. The have taken full payment amounts and applied it to interest. I sent two payments to them that they say they did not receive, the mistake was on their end. They hounded me for weeks about these payments which they received and miss posted. Be aware of dealing with this company.

    We had a loan through Concord for our RV Park Membership. We have had noting but issues with these people. We had a check mailed to them and for some odd reason they did not get it. So after 10 Business days I canceled it only to find out they got it the same day. They are located in Az. I have family in Az. It has never taken more than 7 days do get a letter of a package from them or from me to them. We decided to pay off the loan because we got a really better loan rate through our ************ and were tired of Concords games. We mailed out the check on June the 8th. They deposited it on the 27th the day before our loan payment was due. If your going to sign up for a RV Park Membership, do not do it if you can't get a loan from another bank or FCU. Its companies like this that give the good ones a bad name. I wish they had a minus for the star system. They certainly deserve it.

    I aree with all the reviews here. Horrible customer ********************** and even worse billing practices that are designed to insure you have late payments.

    Concord billing is fraudulent business, refuses to accept payments in order to charge late fees. Send customers to a worthless website, claims payments are accepted and processed, then weeks later charges late fees & claims no payments made. The customer ********************** wait time is over 10 minutes, sometimes the call is dropped. They refuse to accept payment by mail or instant credit card payment.
