    Obviously, if you could leave 0 stars I would.My mom was very sick the last few weeks of her life. She had made automatic payments on the 18th every month to avoid the deferred interest. About 6 weeks prior to her last payment scheduled for Feb 18, they sent a letter saying that the last payment would be due no later than Feb 16 in order to avoid the deferred interest. She was very sick during this time and it never got dealt with. She passed on Feb 14. It wasn't until after the deadline that I saw the letter.I called them today (March 22) because I saw a newer statement and knew this should have been paid off. I called them only to have them tell me that they needed a death certificate in order to speak with me. I sent that over and then they emailed saying they needed a POA or estate documents. I don't have either and as the only child and heir, being named on all her other accounts, haven't needed them. So they now they won't talk to me. I consider this a form of predatory lending and then using weak excuse to avoid discussing it.

    Do not deal with this company. They are running a scam operation. I had a home improvement loan that was sold to them. My payments have never been late but they say Im 12 days delinquent on my monthly payment. They never and a bill by any method but still I have never been late. I just paid the entire loan of rom savings just so I never have to deal with them again.

    I STILL have a $5.00 past due balance listed on my account for a late fee even though Ive paid my monthly bill on the phone and was told I was current. The only reason I have a late fee is because Concord didnt send me a bill for 3 months! I called several times to pay and start receiving a bill. I had to pay another $5.00 each month to make the payment over the phone. I was told I could set up auto pay online once my payment was made and there was a monthly balance of zero showing. Of course theyre keeping the past due balance of $5.00 listed so I am unable to set up auto pay and have to keep paying them $5.00 to pay over the phone. This place is a scam and I will be contacting NYSERDA to let them know who theyre doing business with.

    This company keeps calling my cellphone and work phone. When I answer no one says anything and when I try to call them back a cannot get anyone. I know it is in reference to Sapphire Resorts. Worse timeshare company ever. Lies! Lies! Lies! Beware. Would rate a 1/2 star if I could.

    I called to have them explain my very 1st bill and was put on hold for 2 hours and 15 minutes with no one ever answering the call. I just read a bunch of reviews on this Equiant company who is affiliated with **************** out of ********* ****** which is who we got our timeshare from. If I would have known more information on these companies I would never have bought into it. Beware and stay away from them!!

    Its impossible to talk to anyone. They dont respond to phone or emails. They sent me a bill with a late fee added and I dont even know what its for. Their website is so unprofessional that I wasnt sure I should even be using it. I want them to contact me re: this alleged bill.

    Impossible! I overnighted my payment so that it would get there timely. They have now sent me an overdue notice with ridiculous late fees. I have spent a cumulative time of almost 4 hours in the last 2 days on hold waiting for the "next available" customer service representative. I have left multiple voice mails requesting a call back. I am denied access to the web portal because "account does not exist." If my account does not exist then maybe they should stop billing me!

    I was trying to view my balance and Concord gave me an invalid account number! I cant log in! My loan was sold to Concord from RedBrick and I dont understand why ******** did that. If I find out that I have been paying money every month to a fraudulent account that Concord set up, I will be filing a lawsuit against this company!
