    I've received notice from Concord Servicing Corp., **********, **, stating that my credit card with which I have paid my ****************** account, is expiring and they want my updated credit card information. As I've not heard from ************** that this account was sold to Concord AND that credit card doesn't expire until ****! I'm certainly not going to send an unknown entity my credit card information, especially after noting the negative remarks on their website!*********************

    We got a loan with them as financing. They then sold our loan a month later. The company they sold it to then decided to give one payment option and charge a $5 fee every single payment. The company is shady and the company they sold to is shady. This is absolutely the worst company I have had to deal with.

    Im with all others, My loan was with Benji now sold to Concord (said no changes in operation or terms) well now they want to charge $5 service fee to pay online. I pay at least twice a month so $5 each time is ridiculous, Is this because I get E-statements but they spend 42cents each time to send me a letter thanking me for paying instead of just emailing me a confirmation like every other business?

    There is noway to speak to a live person when they make an error. I sent my check 2 days after receiving the statement. When they didn't get it on the due date, (not my fault) they immediately sent me a past due statement with a $50 past due charge. But the only phone # given is an automatic one. There is no way to reach a live person to discuss the problem! Who does business like that? Beware!!
