They get you in by advertising a service for $79.00, yet after you accept and fill out their forms, the only amount that is allowed to be accepted is $20 more. After calling and talking to a representative, (******), l was told that the $79 service has not been available for months and they aren't planning on taking it down off their advertising. I asked to have a supervisor or manager to return my call and to be alerted that this could be interpreted as false advertising, and was told that there are no managers or supervisors to speak to.There was no apology, just sent an email to request a refund.Review fromTerry A

I believe all positive reviews of this company have been written by employees of the company. I too was a victim of their deceit. 2 months later and still no response. Ended up using Patriot Angels with excellent results. I hope my $150 goes towards a nice lunch in their conference room during their fake review training.Review fromBrianna A

Rip-off. Before spending $ for father's DD214 this company should have told me his records were lost in a 1973 National Archives fire. The one-page certificate of his military service had less information on it than I filled out on those endless forms. Don't use this business, it's expensive and you'll never see your money again.Review fromSteve B

I signed up for DD214 Direct back in May 2024 to get copies of my DD214 and my OMPF. I also called and actually spoke with a customer service agent who told me the average turn around time was 24 days. It took them six weeks to get my DD214 and after three months I still haven't seen a copy of my OMPF. When I call their customer service line I get a recording every time telling me there are no agents available. I've also left voice messages that have gone unanswered. It's become obvious that hiring these people was a mistake.Review fromMark D

DD214 Direct did exactly what they claimed they would do. I had other options to get my DD214 but I did not have time - I needed my DD214 right away. Electronic version was available to me in less than 48 hours. Give my current situation this was worth my investment with DD214 Direct.DD214 Direct
