  I really appreciate how helpful DD214 Direct has been! It took a little bit longer than usual to retrieve my DD214, likely because of the holiday season, but the customer service team were very communicative along the way. They sent me update emails every couple of days to let me know the status of my document, and I was never left in the dark or confused about the process. Even though my document took 'longer than normal', the process only took 19 days and a copy of my documents were sent directly to my email. Awesome company!
