I am soooooo impressed with this company! I work for a company that helps people apply successfully for their VA benefits. During Covid we had a lady who's mom had already lost 8 months of benefit money because National Archives was not getting her the dd214. She found DD214 Direct and they got them for her in 2 weeks. So, our company checked them out and then started to let people know about DD214 Direct. Archives is functioning again - but still taking 2-3 months on average to get people the DD214. Our clients who have used DD214 Direct have been getting them in under10 days normally. And, this week I had two clients get them in 2 days! There was a fire and a lot of records were burned up. For those people National Archives will try to re-create the records - but they aren't always able to. Those can take months and months of work. So, for those who felt DD214 Direct took too long - it was probably in situations where the records were destroyed.DD214 Direct

Don't use this company!!!! I paid them 138$ and its been 8 months and they still have not gotten my dd214 form. They refuse to give me a refund, I was able to get form for free in less than 1 week. Taking advantage of retired veterans is shameful!!!Review fromNancy A

When I found out my father was eligible for a VA **************** I was so excited. I needed his DD214 document and didnt know how to obtain it. I reached out to the DD214 website and everyone was absolutely wonderful to talk to and kept me well informed of the process until it was located.
