I have tried other places like the VA and national archives, it has been over six weeks and I have received nothing, I decided to try dd214 direct with low expectations. I ordered on Friday and had my dd214 on Monday, very happy and satisfied with the prompt service! Thank you !

Amazing. Trying to get my records through the military was a nightmare. You can't speak to anyone. Press this, press that. It's a shame veterans have to go through such an ordeal. DD214 Direct took all the stress and frustration out of the process. I received my documents in record time. I so appreciate their speed and accuracy. You dont really want to know what I think! The Better Business Bureau should shut this business down! They not only didnt give me what I needed but after complaining to them they asked for more information, which I sent, and they sent me the very same form that they gave before! $129 down the drain and that I really couldnt afford to throw away!!!!!! This happens when agencies share only whats available in their system. We do not sell documents, nor can we guarantee that these agencies will fulfill the requested records. While we facilitate the request process, DD214 Direct has no control over the government's retrieval procedures, timelines, or the quality of the documents provided by the agencies.Weve reached out to you requesting Army-related supporting documents, as theyre necessary to locate the correct records. Without these, were unable to move forward.Once we receive the required documents from you, well gladly consult with the agency to see if a resubmission is possible.DD214 Direct takes pride in having helped over ******* veterans and their families obtain their discharge documents and get access to the benefits they deserve.
